  1. Remind me, how many years has the club been saying 'they are looking at the away priority points system'? I'm thinking four years, (or maybe for years!!)
  2. Who determines the selling order of the blocks? I’ve always believed it was the away club. (e.g. the club whose ground we are visiting!) That would explain the 'inconsistency' as different clubs would have different away ticketing polices.
  3. The anwser is on the LCFC website.....
  4. Final Block (N) as at 23:47 on Friday 25th July
  5. Are there gonna be any Leicester fans there?
  6. 'just' the moral side!!
  7. Yes. My DD was taken today (Monday 2nd)
  8. Gary is now free to continue speaking the truth! And in doing so, he has my full support. "However much you deny the truth, the truth goes on existing". - George Orwell
  9. Yep, it's 2025 and it's a pain in the ass the club hasn't embraced modern technology
  10. For those of you who need a lift (undoubtedly all of us!) to escape, for a shot while, from the abyss of hopelessness, I can recommend listening to 30 minutes of the Colin Murray show that was on this morning (Sunday 23rd Feb), a repeat of which you can find on BBC Sounds. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0028922 or https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0028922?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobile Each week he has a feature named ‘The Great Football Song Book’ and this week it was us! No spoilers but I sure you will find it uplifting, especially to hear Colin Murray’s enthusiasm when talking about our club and what we have achieved. It from around 10:30, just after the News, so about 30 minutes into the broadcast,
  11. A few seasons ago I bought a ticket for Southampton away, (on a Friday night for God sake), just for the opportunity to get an Away point and drove down in horrendous rain and all the while I was thinking.... 'this better be f****** worth it!"' It was .... 9 - 0 !!!
  12. It was a success in regards to tickets filtering down through the away proirity hierachy. Not sure if it reduced trouble. However trouble is not limited to non-ST holders / non-members. I sure some ST holder and members can also cause trouble but they would face the potential of the removal of their ST/Membership. I'm speaking as a ST holder but one who hasn't been 'detained' since Norwich Away in 1973!!
  13. When the ID checks were introduced the number of tickets that filtered down through the priority system increased and were subsequently made available to those further down the away ticket priority system. This was due as some of those with a higher priority stopped buying tickets only to keep up their priority but with the aim of selling them. Bottom Line: ID checks, with sanctions applied for those who abuse the system, will increase the likelihood of the tickets filtering down to members. I hope that make sense.
  14. I do not believe any decisions have been made, they are listening to the supporters. Please share your views with the club via a email.
  15. Correct. I can confirm the discussions at the meeting was definately not to 'start on zero' but to have a rolling period, over a number of years still to be decided. This, as i understand it, is how the England system works.
  16. I was also at the meeting. No decisions made yet but signs are positive that a change is coming, with the aim of benefiting those who ACTUALLY ATTEND AWAY GAMES and not those who only buy tickets to keep their priority high and then sell to whoever. I encourage all who attended the meeting, both in person and online, to email the club with your own thoughts on … The 50 Points per season for having a home ST ID Checks Sanctions against those who abuse / play the system Different levels of away points allocated dependant on several factors; e.g. distance travelled, inconvenient kick-off times (Day and time of the week) and games that could be considered as ‘less attractive’ . A rolling system of allocating away points, (e.g. away games attended over a rolling time period, for example; over 2 years or 3 years or 5 years etc). The Percentage allocated for Members ballot Young supporters who have not been on this planet for long enough to get onto the Away priority points hierarchy The inability to buy a single ticket, that is part of a pair. This is frustrating mainly during the last minute scrambles when our allocation only has a few remaining tickets.
  17. Not everyone. Last time it was around 100 but it should be higher, maybe 200 or 250.
  18. Surely watching Cooper's Leicester this season would have suffienctly aged the individual concerned?
  19. I have a spare if anyone is interested. DM me.
  20. I would be interested in one, if anyone has, or can get a spare. It looks as if they will sell out before they get to my level.
  21. Seek help!
  22. I did that trek on acold, and extremely wet, Friday night during the month of October in 2019. I recall saying, as I sat in my car, in yet another hold-up on the motorway, 'this better be f*****g worth it!" Was it worth it? Yes indeed, I witnessed history being made!!!
  23. The seats upside down??? That's going to be damn uncomfortable for those who refuse to stand at Away games!
  24. Just a heads-up folks…. my e-ticket went into my Spam folder so check that folder first before panicking!
