  1. Heard from a reliable source within the club that it's Van Nistelrooy. Full coaching staff coming in, possibly some with Utd links. Should be announced tomorrow/thurs, one session with the squad then Brentford. Were rumours after the United games about him possibly coming here.
  2. Ruud down to 1/4 now on many major bookmakers. Looks like it's his. (Yes I know Potter went to 1/10 before)
  3. I heard at the end of season party he got thrown off the bouncy castle as he was caught munching wotsits on it and then smearing them down his green tracksuit.
  4. Gone. Henry VIII's Thomas Cromwell is sent into the Tower of London.
  5. Ruud now in af 1/2 on Bet365....
  6. The Corberan fall in odds is not down to a credible source at all. It's bluster, nonsense.
  7. She owned it! Well given to her in the divorce settlement
  8. That's Oliver Cromwell... Thomas Cromwell I'm on about. Arranged the marriage of Henry VIII to Anne of Cleves, all went tits up when she arrived and he thought she looked like a horse. Next thing you know Cromwell's being dragged out to Tower Hill to lose his head! Cooper's Anne of Cleves in this analogy...
  9. If true that Cooper was appointed based on Rudkin, we could see a Thomas Cromwell style fall from grace. (one for the History fans)
  10. Bit of a different prospect guiding 'Premier League' players back to the Premier League, and almost bottling it losing to Millwall and Plymouth when you were so far ahead of 2nd weeks previously, compared to staying in the Prem. Sometimes it is best to think before you press submit reply.
  11. What suggests that they've got the nauce to be able to get us out of a relegation battle?
  12. Those wanting Corberan or Carrick. They've achieved nothing at their respective clubs. Absolutely nothing.
  13. Seems BBC Radio Leicester may know something about RvN. It's all a bit suspicious. I swear I read something a few weeks ago about him possibly coming in?
  14. Have you ever heard that Gurinda who rings into TalkSport? Gives us all a bad name.
  15. Alright, conference league then pedant. Typo. Will correct.
  16. Happy to give some info over regarding Moyes. Father in law's a big hammer, as is the wife and I've seen them play a lot over the past few years. His football is not as bad as is made out. It's pragmatic. In his time at West Ham he brought through players like Bowen, Rice, Soucek, Kudus, Paqueta. Lets remember he brought some of these players such as Paqueta, who was a huge coup at the time and shows he does have some pull. He likes strong defenders who defend first, so would favour players such as Souttar over Faes. Think of players like Coufal who was loved by West Ham, who was a rock hard bastard no-one would mess with. In terms of his football, he favours quick wingers. So you'd see him probably get the best out of Mavididi. He also likes to get the ball out from back to front quickly, which lets face it is what we've come to love about Leicester since we began out Premier League journey again years ago. His tactics are relatively simple, and it does require players to run and have a lot of energy. You would see our running stats per game go right up. Every player also knows their role which lets face it under Cooper we definitely need. A lot of Moyes' teams have success playing with strong wingers. He'd have succeeded further at West Ham further if they had a proper centre forward, as he ran with Antonio for most of his time, and he did manage to shift him to become a rather effective striker from a winger. My father in law loved Moyes in charge. They were competative in every game, they were strong and hard to beat at times and he turned a shit show under Pellegrini into gold, keeping them up, getting them into Europe, a Europa League semi-final and then winning the Conference League. Infact a large amount of the fanbase did not want Moyes to go last season. Yes some wanted 'better football' in a sense, a more European brand such as what we had under Maresca, but they've learnt quickly this season that life isn't always greener on the other side. His football isn't that bad, and he's lets remember a bloody good bloke. He was put in place at Man Utd by Ferguson because of his brilliance at Everton too. Imagine what he could do here with some money and some grafters in the team, he could get us back up to challenging for Europe. I'd place him on par with Rodgers with that sort of appointment. Lets remember, David Moyes is NOT Dyche. Edit - correction.
  17. I always thought Potter's next step would be Newcastle.
  18. Would not surprise me if this was the course of events... 1- Senior players e.g Vardy, Winks and Coady meet with Top after the day. Discuss problems. 2- Top decides to sack Cooper. 3- Paid for private jet flys players for a blow out to let off steam, re-galvanise the squad. Possibly paid for by Top. Has to be out the country as the media scrutiny in England is too much in wake of Cooper sacking. Owners and Players have previous in being out in Copenhagen too, remember the super hero costumes? 4- Players know Cooper's gone, have a big night out to celebrate, in the wake of coming back to England tonight for training Monday. 5- Cooper informed today of sacking.
  19. Backed it out at 18/1 last week. Lovely return off 6 quid. Moyes, Mourinho, Potter. Go fetch. I'd imagine the club have already had contact with someone and are close to appointing.
  20. ITS HAPPENED!! ITK.
  21. If more than 90% of fans want him out, then surely that says a lot. Seen various polls putting it as high as 93%. I reckon he'll be gone. Announcement tomorrow.
  22. I think Southampton are in a much better position than we are. Their fans are with them inside the ground and the team at least have a style of play where players know their roles and duties.
  23. It's got to be Moyes or finally Potter hasn't it?
  24. Should have reprimanded the players for their performance rather than treating it like 'the icing on their cake.' This KDH love in is short-sighted. He was very over-rated.
