At this rate I’ll be surprised if we even get play offs in league one next season The writing on the wall has been coming for years. The clubs coverage are still talking about play offs and I’m sure there’s still a lot of fans that believes that too, the delusion is beyond belief

We’ve been relegated twice with him since he’s signed for us (and been a regular). He’s downed tools years ago, if we hadn’t given him a nice new contract he’d of happily walked away from here without a care in the world about Leicester City Football Club. If it is that he’s ‘quietly quit’ it just sums up the whole attitude of everyone. As a senior player on big wages, he’s had the armband and been out the squad - if he’s a real leader and professional he steps up and delivers when it’s most needed

It’s a bit of a catch 22 this, we can finally get some of the high earning deadwood out of our club and begin to look forward The downside is, these players know they aren’t going to be here therefore there is no reason to care what division Leicester City are in next season. If we are cash strapped too we need to hope there’s options to bring quality on loan with a view to signing permanent to ensure there’s a commitment and desire to do well and enough quality available with out of contracted players We should be fine though, we have Rudkin in charge. We’re probably already arranging a relegation bonus and contract extensions on larger wages. We’re in complete free fall, if we get relegated there’s no guarantees it solves our problems and we go straight back up. We’re the new Sunderland

Normally I’d get excited thinking it could spell the end of his time here Unfortunately nobody in their right mind are going to pay him the same as us and he’s not going to give up his money. We’re now starting to see what’s been happening behind the scenes for years, players that genuinely can’t be arsed to be here and don’t want to earn the money they are stupidly being given
