  1. Yeah but, this approach risks Potter thinking we're going for Cooper instead of him so he pulls out, leaving us with Cooper. So, just, er, ****ing stop it.
  2. Youthquake in Clacton. Why do so many of them look like out of work celebrity lookalikes? On the bottom right you've got David Gilmour sitting behind Richard Hammond who's sitting behind Derek Jacobi. In the middle are the Mitchell brothers off Eastenders sitting next to Qyburn off Game of Thrones.
  3. Awful to read mate, so sorry that she's unwell. Hope she's getting the help she needs.
  4. @Union FS Tifo sorted.
  5. In fact if this happens I might change my signature to "Den Perry did it".
  6. You don’t know Jack?
  7. Really, really important posts, apolitical/unbiased and informative. Mods, would it be possible to pin this information to the top of the general chat for people who don't engage in the political threads? I appreciate you don't want political discussions to get out of hand but this information is important especially to help people make up their minds.
  8. I'm gonna shock everyone here but I'm very right wing and I love it.
  9. I have really struggled to engage with this season. I'd had such high hopes for it as well. Ncuti has been quite good like I thought he would be, Gibson has been great too, but they've not been served well by RTD at all, and I realised what the issue the first half of Saturday's episode - the tone change. It felt very much like a CBBC/SG1 vibe which is such a shift for the show from what the audience had had before. I appreciate that he decided to pivot directly to appeal to younger viewers but that seems to have alienated a lot of older/longer term fans. The twist at the end was really good however, and hopefully the tone of the show before was just to give people a false sense of security and that things will improve from now on.
  10. I laughed most at this one.
  11. That's the future the Premier League wants for us. They've been directly controlling our fortunes ever since we won the league. I say we defy them.
  12. Can the club please parade the Football League trophy around the stadium before the first game of the season so that Tottenham and their fans know what one looks like?
  13. Hope you're making the right decision! I came off mine about 2 years ago and honestly haven't looked back. They just weren't helping me at all.
  14. Went OK! Relaxed into it and got some good feedback. Got some good advice too about going forward and getting myself into the industry. At the business end of this thing now and it's starting to get very real, which is exciting, daunting and terrifying at the same time!
  15. I've already seen a Reform poster in my village.
  16. Sorry should have put that in the 'absolute ***** of our time' thread
