Stop panicking everyone. It’s tactics - get the bad half out of the way first and then start playing football.

Sigh

Two minutes in. Have we conceded yet?

Same. I’m from elsewhere too, I find the Leicester character to be inclined to negativity and prone to moaning about everything and nothing. I love it. 😉

I know - let’s play them again at the weekend! -

Shit the bed it is

So… clean sheet tonight? Or shit the bed again?

This is the abyss/ordeal stage of the hero’s journey. It will make him stronger in the long run.

💯 Idiots rule. Now let’s play football.

Incompetent financial management, someone (individual or individuals) needs to be made personally accountable and lose their job/s. Unacceptable otherwise. This is not okay. Right. New players, fresh start, let’s get on with it.

If these last three land then I’d be pretty happy. Borrowing promising young players from moneybags prem clubs so they get game time and match experience in one of the toughest leagues in the world seems like a good strategy for LCFC. This is an opportunity for these kids to impress so they end their loans as first team prospects come 26/27 and we should make them welcome. If they can make a name for themselves at a big name championship club like Leicester then everybody’s smiling.

3-2 to City. I’m calling it now.

So that went well

If Top *did* sell - who do you think might buy the club?

💯 A top club on a downswing -
Heard Dominic Wells on WYS earlier in the week and he seemed to have a pretty good grasp of what was going wrong and what’s needed tactically. He should work for Kingy

Realistic Managerial Replacements

Watched The Damned United with the kids tonight in tribute. Can’t we get Brian Clough and Peter Taylor in? -
Can’t be expected to play against luridly dressed opposition

Quick whip around?

What does it take to get the sack these days?

Glad the Chairman is here to see this

Spot on. The twisting of the language goes to show what is really valued - £££, not the number of fans who come out to watch their team. If a billionaire bought every ticket and then stayed at home leaving an empty stadium, that would be absolutely fine.

Teams that click often have two or more players who work well together, anticipating one another, building consistency. Could be goalies-defenders, could be midfielder-forward combos, etc. As LCFC begin to rebuild (hopefully), who are your pairs/threes who are starting to work well together? JJ and Skip get a mention elsewhere. Who else?

Prescient…

Joining in the Skipp love-in. Last few matches I’ve been to he’s been a standout. Agree with many here that him and James work well together. Beyond individual performances, it’s those pair ups that make the difference, players who can read and work with each other. Takes time and consistent starts. Hopefully Cif is starting to work it out now and a first choice team forming. Luke Thomas also looking good lately.
