  1. That’s not my point, he was so desperate to get away for champions league football, he is now happy to leave after a season and 400 minutes experience. I was implying that the Gala offer once the tax benefits were all added up with signing on fee probably more lucrative than the terms offered by Palace
  2. 200k a week, another waffler that probably works in KFC
  3. Those 402 minutes have quenched his appetite?
  4. There was a reason he ended up in Turkey despite palace offering 200k
  5. Don’t think he will be coming here to bring off the bench. He was involved in 35 matches and started 31 for a team that finished 10th
  6. In a struggling team, that finished 19th and scored 60 goals he bagged 27. What would he have got in a top team scoring 90 plus goals?
  7. Why do you persist with this? He played nearly 4000 minutes to Dakas 1095 If Daka continued scoring at the same rate? Daka couldn’t even maintain his form in the small sample size of minutes, hence he was dropped after 0 goals in his last 6 starts.
  8. It’s isnt £105m allowed losses its £83m
  9. Waffles for breakfast?
  10. €30m euros Ipswich were told in June
  11. Outplaying £7-8 million on a loan is worse for the accounts than spending 10m on a transfer at £2m a year spread over a 4/5 year deal though isn’t it? Plus wages
  12. Seems a bit bit premature baring in mind he is back training for Galatasaray
  13. There isn’t a general thread and I’m not going to spend 10 minutes going through page after page to look. In the first few pages there is an appreciation thread, a statue thread, signs a new contract, Jamie vardy is my password thread. If it bothers you that much click it on report it and ask to merge it.
  14. If they leave it too late we will probably already be heading for relegation or relegated.
  15. All these new names after Cooper complained then back to Ayew
  16. 4m to get Wilfs room mate and make him happy
  17. Hi forum police, The source being the quote from dean smith that was in the national newspapers today, where is the other thread? I must of missed it on the search?
  18. Must of missed that from Percy? “talks ongoing” has there been an update?
  19. Cl-audio signing
  20. Ipswich ain’t West Ham are they
  21. Jamie Vardy snubbed lucrative transfer to reunite with former manager after Leicester won Premier League promotion Vardy is entering his 13th season with Leicester as he looks to add to his impressive Premier League goalscoring record JAMIE VARDY was offered the chance to reunite with Dean Smith this summer. The Leicester legend, 37, scored 18 league goals last season as the Foxes secured promotion back to the top flight at the first time of asking. Shortly after winning the Championship, Leicester lost manager Enzo Maresca and star playmaker Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to Chelsea. They could have seen Vardy walk out of the exit door too had he accepted Smith's offer to join him at MLS side Charlotte. Speaking to GiveMeSport, Smith revealed: "I did text him [Vardy] and see if he wanted to come over to America. "I knew that it was going to be hard once he took Leicester back to the Premier League. [I love] his enthusiasm for the game. "He doesn't train as much as he used to, and he won't get as many minutes as he used to, but if he's used right he'll be really, really good [this season]. "You saw the goals he scored in the Championship last year." Smith coached Leicester for eight games at the end of the 2022/23 season as they were relegated from the Premier League. He won just two matches in charge and left in June 2023, two months after taking the job. After six months unemployed, he joined Charlotte in December last year and has won 10 of 27 games, with the club sixth in the Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, Vardy is set to begin his 13TH season with Leicester when they host Tottenham in their Premier League opener on Monday. Fans tell Jamie Vardy 'never change' as footage emerges of Leicester star slide tackling a KID during title celebrations He has scored 136 goals in 307 Premier League games for the 2016 champions
  22. Maybe the club could get Coogan in for the reveal
