  1. I read that the Russian military use Telegram to communicate, so any restriction of it will affect them badly against Ukraine. Supposedly the reason Telegram's boss has been arrested and why they're trying to take it down, or at least have access to all the encryption keys.
  2. Rumours that we may be selling Joao Gomes which is a massive mistake unless it's a crazy offer as he's absolute class. This guy supposed to be decent too mind.
  3. I'm way more pissed off about this than I should be really. We should be all over this for £15m when we need another RW. 19 goals and 8 assists for a struggling Championship club and home grown too.
  4. Obligation to buy for £30m is way overpriced though.
  5. They definitely should be for the PPE billions they funneled to their mates businesses.
  6. They've seen what Forest did and recognise its probably their best bet for staying up.
  7. Sa has had a Saudi deal agreed for ages now apparently. Also we apparently need another homegrown player to free up another foreign squad space up. I'm not really sold on Johnstone being any better than Sa tbh, and it's more profit for the club that they then won't spend. £63m profit and counting this window and yet we're being told finances are making deals difficult. Reeks of bullshit and the fans aren't fooled. We can add up FFS.
  8. I love the way they agreed to tease it with that date thing and then Liam being the thick **** he is spent all yesterday spoiling the reveal on social media 🙄
  9. I've got no problem with former players celebrating. I actually think it's a bit wet when they refuse to.
  10. Gigs changed with the advent of mobile phones and social media. Too many self-involved idiots concentrating on their phones than the gig.
  11. They did some really good tunes but were one of the biggest pairs of pricks going in music. Still are tbf. Peter Kay calling Liam a knob head live on TV was spot on. Blur were and still are a much better band, and Damon Albarn is an infinitely better songwriter than both of them put together. Can you see either of them having the talent or creativity to come up with something like Gorillaz? Oasis were good at the time for their little pigeonhole of British guitar music crossed with working class culture.
  12. Embarrassing defending from us. Ait-Nouri's worst game in a Wolves shirt. Basically given Madueke the freedom of Wolverhampton.
  13. "Over the five seasons of VAR, when all decisions for and against are tallied up, Wolves have a net score of minus-17 (15 decisions for, 32 against). The second-worst score is owned by Arsenal, who have a distant minus-7. Of the 13 clubs to play in the top flight throughout that time span, only two others have a negative VAR score: Tottenham (minus-3) and West Ham (minus-5)."
  14. Not at all, but it's been well documented how often we've had it go against us. And if VAR isn't there to spot that sort of stuff at goal kicks then what the hell is it for?
  15. Ball definitely still moving on Sanchez's goal kick. VAR should have ruled that out.
  16. Could be 6-5 either way at this rate.
  17. They have to have a go, same as Forest did last summer, as its their only realistic chance of staying up.
  18. Definitely not the latter after we sold £200m worth of players the last two summers.
  19. I guess this is the right thread for it. Some guy has been getting record labels to release lost songs onto streaming services. Pretty cool thing to do I thought. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cgl7ld1glk3o.amp
  20. I still have my N64 and around 40 games. All with boxes and manuals still in excellent condition. I keep meaning to sell them online as some of them are worth a few quid (not got the really valuable ones though).
  21. If they go down you'd imagine they'd tank pretty hard. No-one would want to buy them as a non Prem club with all their debt, so it'd be administration and a lot of pain. Fire sale, everyone losing their jobs (unfortunately), relegation to League One, find a new owner who'd be willing to buy them on the cheap, and then ages to get back to the PL. I for one say bring it on. About time their fan base got a bit of a humbling.
  22. Oof. What a shitter.
  23. It was a rare good decision from me to triple captain him 👍
