So even if we get rid of king power, we’d still be in danger of breaking PSR rules wouldn’t we? Is it that we don’t have any money or is it we don’t have the income we need to spend what we want?
-
there’s not a single technology sector that has stood still so I’m not sure why you want to single out hydrogen powered cars for that.
-
Euphemisms to describe our current plight.

what I’m confident in, is that technology will improve. That’s a given. Especially if there’s money to be made from it. also, a lot of the objections or concerns about Hydrogen powered cars are eerily similar to the concerns about mass produced electric cars 20-25 years ago. we are putting chips in peoples brains so that they can use computers just by thinking. I don’t think the current obstacles for hydrogen powered cars are insurmountable.

Almost. ( I work in the medical field).

So the NamX is available for pre-order for £75,000 and Sorry for the confusion.. this is planned as being the first mass produced hydrogen car. For the public market. That anyone can buy. Just to reiterate what I’ve said in previous posts, this is a new market and there has to be a starting point, we shouldn’t consider this the end point. The finished article. Just like with electric cars, they’ll come on to the market and the market will grow and changes will be made and technology will improve. But there has to be a starting point.

yes, it will have pods you can delivery and slot in kind of like a battery you do these days for some larger electrical toys.
-
to start with they are planning on mail delivery for the hydrogen cells. Considering the reach of the car, that won’t be every week. And of course eventually leading up to hydrogen fueling stations. the NamX is currently retailing at £75000. But you have to remember this will be their first ever model..
-
I don’t think we pay him enough..

NamX plan on releasing their hydrogen car for purchase at the end of 2026. Just like Tesla did, they are currently taking pre-orders..
-
to be fair, you’re opening sentence sounds similar to how most people were sounding about mass produced electric cars 20 or so years ago. Technology is evolving all the time. We shouldn’t be judging what could be available in 10 years by what technology is available today. the NamX, an SUV, is reportedly due to hit the market at the end of 2026, according to their website. You could probably add at least a couple of years to that though, I’d imagine.. and even then it might be a more localized roll out to start with. But as with electric cars, you have to start somewhere and the market could grow.

Just for the Record, Norway in the next year or two is set to become the first country in the world that will ONLY produces electric vehicles for private use. They are totally banning the production of ICE cars.

Try and hold out for a hydrogen car! India is just starting to tinker with that market. Might be a few years though, their first model they hope to release can go more than 900 miles on a single tank. That will be a big tank.. hydrogen per mile is worse than petrol, I think..much better for the environment of course.. but seriously…. it will be quite a few years before a hydrogen car will be commercially viable for the mass market..

Reckon he’s holding on for the Birch’s job..
-
to be fair, it’s the younger generation that thought eating tide pods was a cool thing to do..
-
No one is going to get a pay rise or a bumper new contract from their club if their agent links us to them! Club will probably laugh and say go for it properly ant and dec style..
-
I’ve never forgiven Pressman for always having a worldy against us. Including a wet and windy Wednesday night cup game away at their place. We lost 5-0 and he literally flew around that goal area..
-
It was never going to end well going into this season totally relying on Vardy..
-
All he does is score goals!
-
how bad is that though for Ward? Someone literally steps off the treatment table straight back onto the pitch ahead of him..
-
it’s a roll of the dice but I think it shows our desperation to try and stay up.
-
sorry to be a boblet but how can it be a boost PSR wise AND free us up in the market? Surely it can only do one or the other?
-
Get it done.
-
As long as we get the 13m in this years PSR calculations, I’d snap their hand off…
