I’d say he’s a genuine winger rather than to the left of a front 3.. in which case, I see it as more important that he can take people on, get past them and get a cross into the box, all of which he can do. He might not be able to fully run onto a ball that’s split 2 CBs and is coming over his head, but most wingers don’t do that anyway.
