whilst I would agree with you for the most part, I would say this is a pretty normal way of doing things on deadline day. For any club. If the window closes at 11pm and paperwork isn’t done till like 9-10, you’re not going to be leaving the medical till 10pm.. you do it ahead of time to make sure you meet the deadline and if final negotiations take a while.

Well if you know and trust them and not had issues from them before, then it’s worth mentioning to them the possibility of the cable/ sensor being defective… the reason i asked is because I can’t tell you how many times I have heard of issues happening very soon after an inspection or previous work done from some unscrupulous places… but if you’ve not had issues with them before it’s possible an unforeseen issue..

He's been nursing a hip injury for a couple of years now and its whether he can glue himself together for one more season. it was looking a bit iffy whether he could be patched up for this season but he seems to have found a happy place so that's good then!
