Some of that is unfortunately part of working within the care industry… working with vulnerable people. You just can’t have everyone off at the same time. That’s just common sense. It’s also fairly normal practice to not have many people off over Christmas for the same reasons. the part that’s new to me is them booking the annual leave for you. Also, I personally don’t know my annual leave that far in advance so that one is a tough one too..but I doubt it’s illegal for them to do that but it’s worth checking! is she part of a Union? It might be worth taking this to them to see what they think. Also, there’s so many care homes around that she she can vote with her feet if she doesn’t like it..

The thing I love about getting a new manager in as you get to see players, you may not have previously had a chance to see and they get given a chance. This is a prime example , and. hope we will see more of him I really do.

If we are strapped for cash now, I don’t see us going spend crazy when in the prem. Every pound note has to count. That side Enzo put out… it’s like he was treating the FA cup as a dead rubber game, which I didn’t appreciate but understandable with a game on Tuesday… but anyway, can we justify ANY transfer fee for him if he he hardly plays in the champ? What chance has he got playing in the prem? If we get promoted we will need to strengthen and I just don’t see him in the plans going forward. If he’s lightweight in the champ, he’ll have no chance in the prem. If he needs space in the champ, he’ll get even less in the prem. Technically gifted, but that’s it. You need to be so much more to play in the prem.

If we sell KDH and only sign Sensi, the fans, players and manager will be livid.
