    They're still up...
  2. Mavididi was too slow to pass there...
  3. Brum players looking rattled..
  4. Nailed on to score now thank you!
  5. 17 million would be an absolute steal. nice tidy profit aswell when we sell him to liverpool in 2 years time.
  6. was someone in the crowd mouthing off at him?
  7. he didn’t mean it Dennis, it’s ok..
  8. Trouble with Daka is, all he does is score goals..
  9. If Daka plays and scores today, then he's got to be 1st choice surely.. We seem to adopt a slightly different style with Daka in - attack down the flanks more and get the crosses in... With Nacho it all goes down the middle... Playing with Daka a bit more allows the wingers to be a bit more expressive which is what the crowd seem to love..
  10. well in MY context they are ( and i have already explained the context i which i mean..)
  11. They are, depending on the context. i am really not that bothered what goes on behind the scenes, although that is NOT to excuse some of the deplorable things the Tories have done/ are doing, im way more concerned with " Are they genuinely concerned about representing the people, listening to the people and progressing the will of the people and leading the people. Now obviously there can be a big overlap with some things MPs can get up to and what ive just mentioned.. Its a shame about Jeremy Corbyn. Principled individual, but couldn't lead the way down a one way street.
  12. I actually felt, after Pleat, we had several decent managers who all brought a little something to the club. Or it could be that we were so absolutely woeful under Pleat that ANYTHING was an improvement..
  13. There IS stories of Hamas hoarding food and taking it from families to ‘ strengthen the war effort’
  14. I feel so helpless. And I don’t mean to keep mentioning this lol. But I stayed with a Palestinian family in the West Bank several years ago now. I wanted to see their plight. hear their story, They have a special place in my heart. Hamas do not. The little girl I stayed with, her only toy was a collection of bottle tops. And that’s supposed to be the wealthier Palestinian area.
  15. coming in from Egypt and 2 different crossings in Israel. Which is good. Should hopefully speed up the delivery from aid. my point is fairly simple - it didn’t look like anyone was taking more than one bag of rice or one box. I know your point is that those that live centrally need food and I agree with you, but to flip that coin over those that live near the crossing need food too and maybe that don’t have the gas or means of travel to go several miles to get food. It might not be safe to either. It’s not like anyone is taking the food to sell on a market. Only to feed their family..plus food IS arriving at central distribution locations.
  16. Do you think people are hoarding the food? besides this is one truck out of hundreds coming in daily from different crossings..
  17. Starving people desperate for food shocker. I mean… why is this a problem? If it isn’t intended for starving people then who is it intended for? saves on distribution time!
  18. Beaten by Aberdeen? I’m not having that!
  19. anyone know of a decent stream to watch the UFC tonight?
  20. Unfortunately, the more I read into it, the more I realize that a 2 state solution will never be possible Whilst Hamas are around. I would advise everyone to read the Hamas covenant of 1988 ( their constitution, basically). I posted it on here but it got deleted. They explicitly state that their state will be developed not by negotiation but by an uprising. They also explain that the only way Jews will be able to live peacefully in the area is by being under Muslim control. I long for the day of parity and two states. But Hamas has to go for that to happen.
  21. Anyone get an update about Lockyer?
  22. Hes actually impressed me more in his first half a season than Mahrez did in his first half a season.
  23. for me personally, i don't oppose a two state solution, however i feel both sides have enough reason t suspect that neither of them will hold to it happening... I'd rate the chances of it happening more if there was no Hamas to deal with and it was the Palestinian Authority who held the discussions..
  24. oh totally get it, just a bit of banter i suppose. I remember the season we got relegated to the first division i made a call on here at the beginning of the season saying that i was encouraged by the signings we had made and i dont know where we would finish, but it would be nowhere near the relegation zone. Someone had that as a quote in their signature for a few years
