  1. My mantra has always been to employ someone who is more intelligent than you. If they are in your team and working for you, it will make your job a lot easier. It leaves you to focus on the decision making. Quite a lot won’t do this as conflicts with their ego. Someone told me this gem when I was a nipper and I’ve never looked back.
  2. I’ve been to the one in Notts - brilliant. Had ostrich for the first time as a starter
  3. Did the government set up the Furlough scheme through a dodgy company? No. I think they burned £4bn of unusable PPE during the first year of the pandemic. You can argue the toss between corruption and waste, either way its the same outcome of wasted money.
  4. Have a look at the covid spending, then you'll see plenty of waste. ''There is no waste in public services'' I about fell off my chair.
  5. Are you Oz Leicester under an Alias
  6. Funded fine, abhorrently managed from top to bottom. Throw more money at it and more will be wasted with little improvement in service.
  7. I was very sceptical until I looked at the BIK advantage

  9. 10K posts in this thread about EV cars though!
  10. Sorry, more specific January. I'd aregue we were a relegated prem team at that point, we are mid way through a championship season now, I can't see us getting more than £30m
  11. We all miss Liam at times like this
  12. Who was the last player to be sold from the championship for £40m +, or £30m for that matter.
  13. That's bonkers, do you mean the best leader between him and Biden? Because the best leader out of 300m+ people is tragic.
  14. Sounds like a cry for help for a failing system, people will know they can get a good enough well paid job in 2023 without saddling themselves with £75K worth of debt. Not seeing a student debt repayment line on my payslip every month is wonderful.
  15. He looks better than both. Been really dissapointed with Coady, did we give him a 1 or 2 year contract?
  16. Teeth and Kebabs
  17. It's not the fact it's a faff. It's a marked improvement on even the slickest of automatic gearboxes, imagine being in a comfortable go kart thats stupidly fast. People usually drive a go-kart with a smile on their face, it's fun. Same logic applies it's just miles better. My EV weighs 2.3 tonnes, 4 wheel drive so sticks to the road like glue, makes roundabouts and cornering much easier.
  18. Unfortunately our social media team don't have the balls to do this - funny though. He's a good looking b@stard isn't he.
  19. EV drivers - new ultra rapid charging points at Sainsbury’s fosse park if you are desperate, there must be 20+ charge points and 125kw from the looks of it. Looks a good set up
  20. My primary school days
  21. From his statement it sounds like he could of been diagnosed with something? He said hes fine now but he has ran out of energy and can't carry on season after season, hope thats not the case. His video is proper narcissistic nonetheless.

    Houses

Thanks, really appreciate the advice. The houses are about head height at the min. I've got a solicitor in mind and the dialogue so far is between me and the builder, he's not being pushy and quite relaxed about it all. Good tip about the 12 month defect liability. Thanks again
  23. His legal rep would of done all the advising, he’ll know the loopholes
