  1. The more this drags on the more money we will be extracting from Chelsea. It's good news if anything, negative PR for Chelsea the more it drags on and neutral for us, with a financial upside.
  2. Some fans think our players/mangers are born Leicester fans..Fatawu would never of heard of Leicester before last summer, for example. Football is a job, more money and better prospects = offski, it's not a hard concept.
  3. We scraped the league especially in the period after Christmas, chucked in some really stinking performances, bad substitutions or none at all, not adaptability or Plan B. It's not all doom and gloom, we should of walked last season with the squad we had and the competition around us - doesn't make Enzo special.
  4. Dont panic mr mainwaring
  5. I went in a cpl of weekends back and there was a cpl of people queuing, does it get that bad??
  6. Cant believe we have got £8m for him and not had to pay him off in Oct when he's lost 6 on the bounce, in the words of Borat...verrrryyyy niiiiiiiceeee
  7. Not a restaurant but I couldn't find a thread for Decent bakeries in and around town. Tiny Bakery on clarendon park road is really good.
  8. Why don't you think you will get anything out of it, I guess with that mindset you probably won't without being over critical. What is the budget of the project? You mention it's big, so there's no reason why you couldn't get 30-40% of a bigger number, if the senior team are smart they will look at further opportunities to develop either the tool or you. I'd agree with this, the longer it goes on with it being used in the business the less likely you are to get anything out of it for yourself.
  9. Hence my point about the defence being my worry - could bring a defensive coach in. All wrapped up there are probably better targets.
  10. Was this created using your own time and resources or the employers? From my point of view as an employer, it would get my back up if someone came to me with all kinds of demands - I'd set out what it is you've done, what you believe it's worth to the buisness - think carefully about this - not just the absolute value, but time savings, resources etc and pitch what you'd like for it - no one is going to do that for you, whatever you are happy with for you to continue in your role. I'd then negotaite package up that amount in £ terms, probably make you sign a form of an NDA then probably promote you. The reason for the NDA is it could cause some discontent with your peers should they find out, and also expectation for others. Pay is very sensitive. Good luck.
  11. Why did the BSLB give Balague air time!!
  12. Can’t be bothered to read 51 pages, has Rob Edwards name been suggested? Did a good job with Luton - despite relegation, would need to shore up the defence a bit which is my only concern
  13. He is a WUM
  14. Any premier league club is an attractive proposition regardless.
  15. There are plenty of better options out there for us than Maresca - plus we get £10m, it’s a no brainer. 4 weeks to find a new coach
  16. This is a good move all round
  17. It’s actually quite a clever move. A large majority of people think anyone who is 18 are work shy lazy bas***** and it isn’t forcing them into the military but one weekend a month volunteering, hardly a back breaker. Similar policy exists in counties far better than ours
  18. So it was a bit more than receiving a garmin watch and a pair of trainers for his marathon runs. Shock horror
  19. Cpl of the LCFC ladies uploading some sizzlers to Instagram
  20. Rachel Reeves giving the biggest car crash interview after Kay Burley asks if Labour will increase taxes. Just salad, with a big gulp before she tries to give an answer. Winced the whole way through
  21. I don't think anywhere in my post I said Labour haven't published it yet and that they should of, I'm well aware of how the timings work!
  22. No but as part of an election campaign you need a watertight Manifesto, otherwise the Tory's will do the same and sling mud at Labour for 5 years for not sticking to theirs. If you campaign slogan is Change, lets see what actual ''Change'' is proposed and how its funded. Any side loses credibility when all they do is pick holes in each other.
  23. Can't see them cumming anywhere near Downing St
  24. You've done your research, but the majority wont and I'm talking about public perception of her. I just don't warm to her, chav was probably OTT.
  25. Just my opinion and I don't think he is statesman like at all, in reference to your last point he is the guilty party here, he grabs headlines by slamming into the Tories at every opportunity, gets plenty of jeers during PMQ but the voter will be sick of this in 6 weeks time and as you rightly said it's about the manifesto - key battle grounds being Rwanda vs Border force plan. The Economy, he needs a more vibrant Chancellor as she is pretty much agreeing with most of the Tory economic policies! There are plenty of middle class labour voters that won't want their income chewed up by a reduction of the trigger for the 45% rate or the introduction of 50% tax rate either. Starmer will win the election because he has an open goal, not because he has wrestled it off the incumbent.
