They ruled it was an attempted pass. To decide if it’s an attempted pass they try to work if the ball comes out when the arm is going forward. It probably just about was. You also have to throw it forward in a place where realistically a receiver can get it, otherwise it’s ruled as intentional grounding. Edit - should add the caveat it’s if the QB is out of the pocket and under pressure. -

Think there’s been several, mainly kickers. Ryan Succop with the Chiefs was one. Doubt there’s been a quarterback that’s done it. -

Lamar Jackson. One of the best players in the league. For some reason though he always ends up freezing against Pittsburgh. -
What song made you think there's more to music?

The first and second times I heard Paranoid Android. That blew my mind. -
It looks like one of those things where you take your grandma’s old clothes after she’s died to be made into something new as a keepsake.

To be fair, they’re still not in the bottom three. None of the newly promoted sides have won a game at home yet. In fact, I don’t think any of the teams in the bottom five have won at home. -

Most importantly, it’s because we’re doing well. Also, rather than us, they’re rallying against modern football and how big the gap is getting between the Prem and Championship. We haven’t spent big at all in comparison to the levels we’ve been operating at, but it’s still light years ahead of the clubs we’re playing week in, week out. Who is the player with the largest fee we have in the current squad? Iheanacho at £25m? Most are £15-£10m. Peanuts for even mid-Premier. Preston’s record transfer fee paid is £2.5m. -
Surely Easy Jet can’t own the word easy. Think the band should win that comfortably to be honest. The only problem is the cost of it.

It won’t be replayed. No chance. It would cause chaos. It was in the first half for one. Plenty more decisive mistakes made by officials late on. -
Time on the ball would be interesting.

Newts are *****.

We’ve been decent as a team, just about edging it and that’s despite struggling in midfield at times. Fatawu probably has to come off, which is a shame because he’s been by far the best player outside the defence. Looking forward to what bringing five quality and hungry subs on can do on the game though.

I don’t know why, but the whole thing reminds of me of the Simpson’s episode when Bart saw the head off the statue.

You called it! Basically five sessions to try and not lose 14 wickets against their now improved bowling line up. -

I’d argue their celebrations at the end show how worried they were. -

Made 10 changes against a side that, though they made changes, still cost a lot of money. Quality showed in their goals. Saw one of the most bizarre and biased refereeing displays. And still had them worried for the majority. On we go in the league. -

I watched this and he looked really lively alongside De Ketelaere. Ranieri’s Caligari looked doomed though. Wouldn’t surprise me if he gets the sack. -

Yeah because they couldn’t afford to. And they’re playing against a side backed by an oil rich country. -

I’d back us to stay up next season if we do go up, but as a fan of a Championship side and English football in general, it’s all quite depressing how big the gap has become sadly.
