  1. Scrap what I said. Sunderland did get extra tickets. 3600 total.
  2. Walkers Stadium
  3. The away game vs Sevilla was probably more remarkable. We should have been completely out of sight coming back to our place.
  4. Yeah, it was a clear penalty on Vardy I thought.
  5. It's a Sunday this year
  6. I can't wait to see some of our lot wearing this on a match day
  7. Nope. Does anyone know how long it usually takes? I know it says up to 30 days, so maybe a couple of weeks to wait yet.
  8. I also like how it states that it'll take no more than two weeks to distribute the minutes
  9. No idea how many are left cos they don't put the numbers up now, and I'm not gonna count, but I'd say it's selling relatively slowly. Looks like there's far more left than has been sold.
  10. You're saying that as somebody that cares though. A large section of our fanbase seem to go out of habit and just don't seem to care as much as you'd expect a football fan to care. That's reflected throughout the home matchday, and is probably in part down to our success, but also down to the club.
  11. Reason I did it was that I was pissed off at the prices of the British GP for camping/parking, and a weekend ticket. The ticket for the weekend was around £120 for general admission and flights and hotel were close to £500 for 5 nights - so not far off the cost of Silverstone (which is just down the road from me!) in total and a holiday with it too. Booked the hotel and flights through Loveholidays earlier this year so I was only paying a small amount towards it each month. We avoided all of the earlier sessions such as practice on Friday and the Sprint shootout and visited a couple of private beaches instead, then rocked up in the evening and missed the rush with the traffic too. Enjoyed it here far more than I thought I would, pretty sad to be flying home this evening! @cityfanlee23 although there's no cover in the general admission areas where we were, we haven't been there during sunlight so it hasn't really made too much of a difference to us. If anything it made Friday bearable due to the gusty winds - although they ran out of water (we had to have hot water from a coffee stall!). Saturday and Sunday we must have got through about 15-20 bottles of water they were handing out for free though. The afternoon sessions must have been pretty brutal though. The heat relief tent was a godsend yesterday!
  12. I'm out here and it's been absolutely disgusting this evening - by the time I got to the bus after the race I was soaked through as was everyone else. Saw a few people being wheeled away by paramedics presumably due to heat stroke too. It has felt a lot worse today than the previous two days - not sure whether that's due to the humidity, lack of any wind compared to Friday for example, or just the temperature. Today was the first day I walked past the "heat relief tent" and had to dive in there. It's utterly unbelievable that the drivers are expected to drive in these conditions to be honest.
  13. Has Z1-4 been on sale yet?
  14. The football that has taken us clear at the top of the league (dropping points in just one match) is "idiotic"? We weren't at our best today, but that football saw us win comfortably in the end.
  15. They didn't think they needed to draw lines because Diaz was so far clear of the fullback according to Carragher
  16. The moron on VAR (Darren England) is listed to referee us on Wednesday too
  17. I wouldn't pop your seat numbers on here in case someone from the club sees it and links the seat numbers to you/the purchaser
  18. Nothing to see here, Susan
  19. Not sure we'll be as weak as some think. Would imagine most of our starting XI will see the first 45, or come on later like in previous rounds. Having 5 subs in these types of games makes it a lot easier for managers to rotate but stay strong.
  20. Just passing on what I've heard, but apparently there is set to be a mass protest (being led by one of the hosts) at the BSLB quiz coinciding with West Brom away
  21. I genuinely don't think they even considered the fact that the minimum number changed when we got relegated. Liverpool tomorrow with hundreds remaining. No general sale They are absolutely pathetic.
  22. Ordered Sunday night and contacted them yesterday first thing to ask to collect from the KP and they said they'd posted them already No sign of them so far. Brilliant.
  23. Yeah, it's 2000 in this league. I asked them about this at the start of the season and they didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about. Makes no sense when we are filling the stadium every week.
  24. 1300 more than we need to in this league...
  25. Teams just can't cope with the type of football we play, the work rate we apply, and quality of player we have on the pitch and then on the bench too. I just don't see any better side than us in this division, let alone two or three.
