Quite shithouse, especially their full-backs, that LB particularly flopping on the floor while trying to run by Fatawu and then a minute later he's screaming at the ref for giving a FK away because he's run into the back of Fatawu while he's trying to control the ball while having his back to the Charlton LB. Great save from Stolarczyk, again shithoused a minute later by their player with an elbow in the back of his head. Jones screaming at the ref at every whistle blow against red, in-between frantically chewing gum, mouth open. Think Page is struggling. Monga is doing well. Choudhury keeps losing the ball. Midfield is painfully bad at progressing the ball, very poor there, the ball just keeps coming back to defence if we don't lose it. Ayew not up to much. Fatawu giving it a go. Looks more likely we lose here to me.

Winks gives the ball away and 5 seconds later it's on our right flank with Bouba "chasing" his man leaving him free to cross, Okoli in no-mans land, leaving their striker with the task of breezing past Vestergaard to tap in. If the instruction is for Faes to go up and press, as he was fresh and had been doing well up until that point, how's that his fault? We had 2 other CB's covering, we had the ball on the edge of their box with Winks.

Sold our main goalie, sold our best CM, Skipp seems to have already been dropped, Vardy gone with no replacement. Haven't signed anyone besides a 38yo goalie. Manager seemingly employed on his ability to promote youth, barely any transfer rumours, middle of August. Can't blame Marti yet.

... and in 2 games off the bench he has a goal and an assist. Marauding upfield while looking solid and motivated. He's more than good enough for this level.

Remember when Semenyo played us here last season, he was an absolute unit irl. Thinking he shouldve laid it off but judged the keeper perfectly.

Lovely goal. Three touches; control, set, hit - goal. All fluid and snappy, clean hit. I've missed the bit as to why he didn't give it a proper celebration. Down to our unique supporters again?

Made a really good defensive header from a corner, ran around abit and got easily muscled off the ball. Not alot else.

Scored a couple of nice goals, just couldnt be bothered to defend properly in crucial moments. How many times did Soumare lose possession btw? Just seems to saunter about. Choudhury lunging in the box, Nelson couldve given a couple away, settled second half abit. Alot of kids playing, Monga and Page standouts. Pens are usually lotto. Won both tosses though, had our end and went first. Suppose we're not winning the League then, like always happens when you beat Huddersfield first game away... apparently.
