Or draw

It wasn't pretty, but a clean sheet and a valuable point. We fought hard. Fair play to Smith and the lads. Still think we'll sneak this final day. Come on!
-
I still believe! No idea why given what I've witnessed recently, but I do. Also dreamt we stayed up last night so we're a shoe in, starting with a win tonight 🙏
-
Someone posted the stats on this a few weeks ago and I couldn't believe how few times he succeeds in taking people on. I've kept an eye on it during recent games and don't think I've seen him be successful once. If he could take people on he'd probably be at man city.

I think the criticism of Madders is way over the top. He clearly does care. He clearly gave his all. We all know he's not a good penalty taker, but he had the balls to step up. An incredibly frustrating evening but we're still in this.

If this is happening, it beggars belief. They're seriously opting to save a few quid by not appointing Rafa on a longer term contract when the cost of failure is £100+?? Such a risk. Not that Rafa is a guarantee to stay up of course.
-
Fine short term but not long term. If he keeps us up and costs us £10-15m to sack next season, it's a no brainer.
-
I think we've played alright. Brain farts from KDH and wilf, though wilf was having a decent game. Shame - still more hopeful than I was Sunday morning

Buzzing!!!!! Wow, what a relief.

Can't find on Spotify @Ric Flair you still uploading on there?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/64980137 TL:DR if we go down it's the players faults. Nothing to do with Brendan.

Wow. Vile decision

Like others have said, he'd be great for 18/24 months and possibly even get them that coveted trophy. I'd love to see this happen, despite the fact he'd do well there for a while.

6-1 odds to go down at the moment. Not great, but tempted to have a flutter to slightly soften the blow.
-
Don't put yourselves through this. There's no point, unfortunately.

Would you take Frank Lampard over Rodgers
foxer replied to Lee Monty's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yes, but he's second in the list of managers I don't want at Leicester. -

Bet Rodgers is kicking himself for putting Iverson in goal. People might find out we actually have a keeper. -

Lumping on them after seeing that team sheet. -
His first game was immense. I said to my dad he reminded me of Zsolt Lazco's first game for us. Hopefully that's the only similarity long term

Whether we buy those figures or not, they'll be there or there abouts. When we signed Soumare, who was upset? Who was buzzing? I reckon the majority were well chuffed. He seemed a great signing. Might come good (I find it hard to believe), probably won't. One of those who just hasn't adapted.

Last couple of seasons before this one, whenever we were going through a bad patch, Rodgers would turn to Albrighton and we'd invariably turn things around. Not this season however, despite him being made VC. Yet another bizarre chapter to the Brendan Rodgers saga.

I think more important than the debt to equity transfer is what he's said: "Maintaining long-term stability is vital for sustainable growth and a fundamental principle that has always guided our investments in the club's future." That, amongst other the quotes tells me he's not looking to sell up which, despite his inability/reluctance to sack our egotistical manager, has to be a good thing.

After 20 games played, do you think we are going down?
foxer replied to ozleicester's topic in Leicester City Forum
He stays, we go down. He goes, we have a chance of staying up but we're getting closer and closer to the point of no return. -
As would I. Could see if we can pinch Sam Obisanya off them as well.

It's such a bizarre recruitment strategy. Any manager with "PL experience" has almost certainly failed at the club he gained that experience in, hence now being available. Did Fergie, Wenger, Mourinho, Potter (at Brighton), De Zebri, etc, etc, etc have PL experience when they had success? Nope. Were/are they decent? Yep.
