I don't need to stand and clap something on TV to celebrate it. What are we allowed or not allowed to moan about? This is an internet forum. Unbelievable that people have different opinions.

I couldn't think of another club with a pre match video who won trophies years ago, that was all. They play the video at City Ground, but they don't all stand and clap it. That's the bit I find weird at our place. I like the montage itself, I'm not debating that, we've scored enough superb and important goals - it could end with the trophy lift, the FA Cup lift, the League Cups etc all in a row - the obsession with clapping it is strange to me. It'll still be happening in a decade, yet the same people call clubs out for living in the past. But also yeah I find Leeds weird singing about a game they never even won. Lad at side of me at Elland Road last season called them out for singing about the past, I said hang on they never even won it!

I always liked him, he seemed like a complete striker, but his goal return always seemed poor after one good PL debut season.
-
Improved definitely. Went last season and it was better compared to previous visits. Think Etihad is the quietest big club. Horrific when even Pep calls them out during a game against title challengers.

It's the quality of finishing that is so poor compared to the PL. Even we have conceded so many chances that haven't been taken by the opposition, yet in the PL those chances would have been converted 99% of the time. I watched the Spurs Villa game yesterday on TV and Watkins needed one chance to score really. And I woudln't consider him to be the same level as top PL forwards such as Haaland or Salah. There are players in the PL that need only one chance to score and that's the difference. That wins you games.

It's small time. As if we were a small club that have come from nothing. I never have been able to stand everyone clapping. Like living in the past. Teams like Forest don't need to stand and clap winning a league title or European Cup.

I thought he was a highly rated coach, Kisnorbo. Just with the City Group moving him internally.
-
"Champions of Europe and we make no noise!"
-
No. I said it earlier in thread but I think Wednesday will be my 10th visit and I've only seen 3 wins. Shocking record really considering during that time we've generally been the better team. I never look forward to the trip to Hillsborough.

It's been happening since that "light show" against Liverpool hasn't it? It's embarassing though. People would rather shine their phones as if they're at a gig than actually clap or sing.
-
That is one of the best goals this division has ever seen.
-
Was the next best thing a month ago. As I said at the time, I always say, it's easy when you're winning. The real test of a manager is when their team loses.

Relegation candidates when he took over, just shows you what ambition does. Great manager.

What’s happened to Champions elect Spurs?
-
Great finish.
-
It’s ridiculous. How does it take so long.
-
Well that’s interesting this is ridiculous.
-
About time Villa can’t get out.
-
Not sure how Spurs aren’t 1 up at least. Seem to be in all the time.
-
Sad. Always seemed a likeable character. RIP.

There is a difference between negative uninspiring football and patient considered football. Yesterday first half was uninspiring, but the second half was considered and patient. Yes we had 11 shots first half but how many were on target? You can shoot from 40 yards and it count as a shot.
-
Terry Venables RIP. That’s sad.
-
Think everyone knows this now. Brilliant finish. Such a good footballer and gonna be wasted for England. Should be in midfield.
-
Just can't wait for him to go. Waste of space.

First half was awful. Not sure why people are pretending otherwise. Everything went back and generally we were very slow. It felt like the players thought they could turn up and win. Far to many players were miscontrolling the ball, I lost count of how many times Ndidi fell over his own feet, and to many times simple balls were misplaced. Second half better. Hopefully Enzo had a word with them, looked like it. Pleased for Vardy though he should have had a hat trick! Much better than Iheanacho, even at 35/36.
