I think it'll be their squad depth that carries them over. January signings in paticular. -
Can’t imagine anything more insulting as an Arsenal fan/player than Arne Slot getting on the decks at Ocean beach with two games left in the season Wonderful stuff!

Think this is going to be a classic. 🤞 -
Caption on this post, if deliberate, is the first thing this lot have ever done to show any form of personality.

Club that doesn't have much money, paying money for something no one wants when a fan group would do it at no cost to the club. SUE-Perb..... Literally

Mate of mine has always had this long running thing about "Football League Names" and this list would probably make him cry with joy There's a few requirements, he always enjoys players with two first names, Matty James for example, that's peak 'Footabll League Names'

How did it all work with Bellingham? He was 16 when he left Birmingham City, and apparently that was £20m+ Monga turns 16 in July right?
-
I never really know how much involvement JR has over there to be honest, lots of OHL posters on here seem to think it's run very seperately except for decisions on sackings, I remember the chat around it taking 3 weeks longer to get rid of Garcia because Top wasn't responding
-
**** knows, I'd love to know how they came to the conclussion Chris Coleman was the right option to be honest
-
Looks like it'll be time for another new manager then
-
He couldn't have been given a better chance to settle, not many other international players who get to play with 3 players of the same nationality. He's always hanging around with other Premier League danes in his spare time too.

I half agree and half don't. I think the threat level this time is higher, if we don't go straight back up this time then we hand over about £100m in share capital to a vampire bank, so yes, we need to go up. However last time had similar threats, only with less capital at risk, and they hired a complete unknown who had 'failed' in his only previous managerial role.

I think their recent yo-yo’ing hasn’t helped. Jade Jones was my curveball. Young and very raw. Again, what’s the harm on a free when we’re going to have no strikers. I feel the same about Leaburn who hasn’t massively kicked on but still young enough to be moulded. -

There’s about 3 others at Peterborough we could go for. They’re always spot on with finding gems -
Has Davide gone with him or is he finally flying the nest?

This has always been my argument but always seems to get questioned, pleased someone else has said it I guess on the flipside the point is that for the 18th placed side to survive this season they would have needed 40+pts.... the side you're on is that Spurs/Man Utd would have only needed 25/26 points to survive.
-
I honestly think we could **** this thread off with a simple sentance. Sean Dyche is a good football manager, but not what we currently need given our increasingly impressive youth system and desire to become more self sufficient through the development and sale of highly rated young players, whether from Seagrave or brought in from abroad/other clubs.

Can we merge this into next manager? I worry rudkin will see it number one and... well you know the rest.
-
I've done enough research on them in the last year to know exactly what they are, i've even contributed elements to the Josimar stuff that's been published.
-
They're a make believe company who will be pushed aside via a 'break clause' for KP once again next season so we can fudge the finances... again.

Typical City group type. HOWEVER... has had success in his early managerial journey in the football league. There's also a chance the club may be aware of him from his time in Belgium, may even have spoke to him about OHL job. He inherited a 'fixed' Bristol City from Nigel, but once again he's been let down by the Bristol city owners who have form for it. Signed players he didn't want, loaned out players he neded. They've massively overperformed this season. He's also had the year from hell from a personal point of view but handled himself incredibly. They'll bow out tonight but it's their highest finish in a long long time. I watch a lot of Bristol City (friend is a fan), it's possession based but he's not affraid to be a bit more direct at times. It would be a punt and I'm not sure we'd take a risk as I think financially we HAVE to come straight back up or Macquarie essentially own us. *He's also often on the phone to Nigel and I believe Nigel personally recommended him for the job.
