Stats are fun.... also conceded 33 in 16 games with 6 yellows in the Prem back end of last season. I'm not writing him off, he's young, but probably best we look at Prem stats in a struggling team given our current situation?

It really doesn't sit well with me, judging other fans for attending games, no matter the cost or circumstances. Some people, due to life circumstances just don't get to attend many games, and it sucks, believe me i'm one of them! A Friday night game anywhere in the country, any competition is a dream for me, it's the one day I can guarantee my partner will never be working. As a result of not being able to go to as many games as i'd like i'm not currently a season ticket holder either, which means I probably still won't go to this game as the club has reduced the allocation and it wont make members/gen sale. Yes, the price sucks, but everyones circumstances are different. For me, being able to attend the odd midweek or weekend game means that I can spend more on those occassions because my overall outlay across the season is a lot less. There will be other circumstances for fans who have purchased tickets too, maybe this is the perfect opportunity to take a family member along who can't normally go, or a friend they barely get to see who lives in Manchester. I'd much rather have seen us have that 3k allocation, let people who can go, go, and organise a protest at the ground similar to the United fans example above! I've said it on here a million times before, no one knows other peoples circumstances and no one should ever be judged on attending a game of ****ing football. Fine, boycott and go to your non league sides or watch on tv... but don't judge others for choosing to attend.

9th 0-0 of the season for Burnley

Incredible scenes this morning as Chris Sutton manages to somehow shoehorn us in to a piece about Bournemouth..... Bournemouth are great in transition, they create an abundance of chances and they don't have a recognised centre forward and players are playing in makeshift positions. You look at Lewis Cook, the right-back who is a central midfielder, Dango Ouattara up front. They are a joy to watch and with the last two results we have all sat up and really noticed them and that's probably doing Bournemouth an injustice because I have looked at their record and they are unbeaten in 12, they've beaten Arsenal and Manchester City already this season. With respect, what's the expectation at Bournemouth? The fans may have high expectations but you look at all the teams in the Premier League, the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham, even Leicester, sides where the fanbase expect far more from the teams, I do think that because of the confidence they have, Bournemouth just rock up every week and they back themselves. Now they are absolutely full of confidence, they are flying.

Perhaps i'm a fool but I see no reason for top to be sticking around for close to two weeks now if we aren't desperately trying to get shit done. Trying and doing are different things of course... but him being here along with other board members has got to at least indicate some effort.

Never understood Steve Walsh getting the blame at Everton, they brought him in and then gave two managers complete control over signings. It's well known Walsh recommended Robertson, Maguire and Haaland and the manager (Koemann) turned all 3 down When Big Sam came in, he gave Glover more control as they're mates, that's when Everton went and signed Theo Walcott and Cenk Tosun for a combined 50m....

After our game against Fulham Top didn't go back to Thailand and I noticed a jet straight after our game going to Brussels and returning after full time in your game.... i'd made the assumption he maybe attended a game or at least met with your board in person over the last week or so. Perhaps he just went to meet Coleman.

Could well be. I just find his record with Everton and Southampton disturbing.... and the fact he has worked for Big Sam TWICE and on both occassions gone for 'lets help this agent out' signings... all a bit suss...

Lets be honest, a half season loan for someone who is probably missing home/his family isn't the worst idea, no matter his injury record. Ruud wants someone to add competition on the left (essentially shove a rocket up Stephy... as he's had zero competition since he joined).... this does that doesn't it?

It was whipped in at serious pace, you almost never see a keeper come out for that sort of cross. At that point he's at the mercy of his defenders doing their job properly..... which is never ideal when you've got coco the ****ing clown dealing with it...
