  1. Will these games still be on + given Friday and Monday wont fall under 3pm blackout? EDIT - Apparently not... I find it very strange that Sky have spent the season broadcasting near enough every game in some way or another.... but have completely wound that down as we approach the business end of the season
  2. This is the healing the world needs.
  3. Still not the sort of thing we'd usually agree to.
  4. Interesting that this is on sale to booking history. First in a LONG time. They've been happy to take the hit all season. First move from our new commercial director?
  5. First in a LONG LONG time. Wonder what has made them do that rather than just take the hit. First positive move from the new commercial director?
  6. Horrible group of players/staff, no likability, revert back to same old line up today despite that brilliant performance against New Zealand (Overton for Rehan ).... Can't be arsed with them to be honest.
  7. Probably another reason they're not that upset about us being in the EFL, because the front of shirt ban is only for the Premier League next season. There's clear links between BC Game and DEBET too. Also if you remember the sponsor we were supposed to have at the start of the season that they pretended was a fake leak when it all kicked off? They were an offshoot of DEBET.
  8. I highly doubt it, the guy we've hired from Wolves is a pioneer of this shit!
  9. Not to mention Jon Rudkin has eaten Jon Rudkin since his photo was updated...
  10. Leicester City are delighted to confirm the extension of Jordan Ay....... no I can't.....
  11. Tackle. 60m dash. Few stepovers. Bosh.
  12. Was it annoyingly polite like mine or did you say what I wanted to say?
  13. Something that didn't make the release.... Tony has a new title of Communications and Marketing Director. Marketing being the addition. So despite the fact we've just hired a Commercial Director who is a seasoned Marketing Pro.... we've given Tony responsibility of our already shocking marketing department... Tony being someone who has zero professional or educational experience as a marketer. ****... Me...
  14. Capper seemed to be very in with the 'kick it down the road' approach. It was him who changed the accounting period just before he left, which meant we got away with the case Di Marco got us out of. Great at the time but only prolonged the issue.
  15. I don't particularly have a problem with Davies being CEO. The previous finance director was significantly more responsible than him for our current situation, he somehow found himself at Newcastle as a result as well! FD to CEO is the most common trajectory in business, so again, no real issues there. I think the optics of it being the cheapest and easiest option are clear for all to see though, and it would have been nice to have fresh eyes at the very top.
  16. Would make good protest T-shirts....
  17. Mad isn't it. Seen this sort of thing at other clubs and they'd have an impromptu fans forum Q&A, videos, interviews etc etc. It's all just so bloody boring.
  18. Even when he does leave it’ll be for “health reasons” and he’ll end up leaving in peace, no criticism, no remorse.
  19. Definitely not mates, just know him from school back in the day big fan of old make believe creator of the universe… might all need to believe in him soon to be fair
  20. I know the current financial controller (Davies former job). Ex tigers head of finance. Imagine if we’re using similar recruitment techniques he’ll be a shoe in
  21. 4 wins, 5 draws, 4 losses since Rui Silva came back in as assistant. I’m convinced this fella is the messiah Forest fell off when he left. Nuno has failed at Spurs and struggling at West Ham without him by his side. All of Nunos success has come with him alongside him.
  22. Just a taste of what might be to come.... (although we did just sack Compass ) An excerpt from a deep dive into Wolves 'kit manufacturer' And because Sudu is a newly launched offshoot of Levy Merchandising, Wolves’ retail and wholesale partner, the same firm will control the kit from manufacturer to sale, reducing the costs and increasing the club’s share of the profits. As for Fosun’s involvement, club sources, who wished to remain anonymous to protect relationships, told The Athletic that Levy UK and Ireland, Sudu’s ultimate parent company, is completely independent of Wolves’ owners. Levy UK and Ireland is owned entirely by Compass Group, a British multinational company. But Fosun Sports Group does have a stake in Sudu, a subsidiary of Levy Merchandising, which in turn is an offshoot of Levy UK and Ireland, and Fosun Sports Group is the subsidiary of Fosun, which owns Wolves and other brands such as Wolves’ esports teams, Wolves Records and gaming companies in Asia. Fosun’s most notable previous venture into clothing was through Fosun Fashion Group, which was renamed Lanvin Group in 2021 and was valued at more than $1.5billion (£1.1bn) when it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange last year. The length of the Sudu deal has not been disclosed, but it is understood to be a ‘long-term’ agreement that runs at least until Wolves’ 150th anniversary in 2027. The deal brings Wolves closer to their former general manager of commercial operations Vinny Clark, who left last October to join Levy Merchandising, which became their merchandising partner a few months later, taking charge of selling club merchandise. Levy UK has been Wolves’ hospitality provider since 2019.
