It does just bring about the same frustrations as last season, although not as positive a start, we were in a similar position early on and then it was just rainy draw after rainy draw, until the break. By the time we'd come back to 4 day we were just shit. Hopefully pick up a few wins in better weather in the coming weeks and be in a good position when the CC returns.

First time i've seen Championship clubs sack a manager as soon as things are mathematically wrapped up. West Brom and Norwich last night/today. Guessing maybe they both want to get ahead of other clubs who have their eyes on managerial targets.

Aside from the two record equaling/breaking runs of form, the lack of goal for 9 home games and generally getting relegated... the way he's handled himself has been horrific. For the last 10 or so games at full time he's strolled to the centre circle, shook hands with the ref... found a former colleague/someone dutch, figuratively sucked them off and then strolled back down the tunnel without acknowledging a single one of his players or our fans, home or away. He's rotten.

I'm leaning towards it being an accounting period thing now. But that's a dangerous game, there's potential players will already be back for pre season by July 1st. Not to mention the fact the transfer window will have been open 3 weeks. Surely not?

I honestly don't think it would take much communication wise to get things ticking over smoothly again. Vichai had a 5 and 10 year plan, one that most people laughed at (i believe european football was in there?)... but it was something to aim for. If they came out at the start of next season and pinned a "Here's where we want to be in 5 years' up for everyone to see... to give them something to aim for and be held accountable for, i think the majority would buy into that!
