  1. Right once again olé olé
  2. He went from Melb City captain, to coach, to manager of the women’s team where he won trophies for fun, then the men’s team where he won our first trophies. Was sent of to Troyes in the city group, he was atrocious and they despise him. Came back to Australia managing our biggest rivals, so we hate him. Did an awful job there, left for an assistant role at Yokohama, back in the City Group, where he ended up taking over and was bad again. Back managing Sydney next season, so we hate him even more. Long story short he’s managed to reverse it and go from being alright to shite
  3. A left field candidate would be Mark Milligan, who’s been absolutely brilliant here down under. Has turned around a terrible Newcastle side, without really any new signings,!and turned them into regular season champions, along with the domestic cup. His teams are disciplined, work hard, physical and front footed. I’m a Melbourne City STH, the turnaround in that team is staggering. My old man and I were both incredibly impressed by how his team performed. He’s 100% a young Ange, he played under him at Melbourne and for the Socceroos. I know there’s a stigma related to football from Asia, and yes the quality is obviously lower. But the coaching remains the same, what can you get out of a group of lesser players. Melbourne City reached the latter stages of the AFC Champions League, coming up against teams with much bigger budgets. Newcastle have been far, far better than us this year. It may be too soon for him to make the move, but it’s one to watch for the future.
  4. Was very highly thought of it in City Group - saw him coach (and caretaker manager) Melbourne City live in the flesh. Players seemed to like and him, think he was a more factor in the trophies we won, with Kisnorbo losing a little of his managerial shine without him
  5. Seeing as Aiyawatt has run the club to its lowest rung, it seems like the people around him need our help. List how you would turn this club around, with the goal being a return to the Premier League, with requirements of being an upper-middle table team. Capable of a cup run. Assume selling the club isn’t going to happen. I’ll start with making the men’s team do preseason at Belvoir Drive.
  6. This is just totally unrealistic. There’s no way he’d sack Hughes, based off our set piece record there’s no chance anyone at the club knows he exists.
  7. Cambodian flags, block the entrance (known henceforth as the Strait of Hormuzzy)
  8. Started from the top and now we here Rotten at the Top and now the whole teams ****ing here
  9. Block traffic on the road outside Seagrave this week
  10. **** it I’m loading up Scott Lucas highlights
  11. Body is about 2 seconds behind his brain.
  12. Problem is bigger than Rowett but Maresca proved you can work around the problems. Just another bang average manager saddled with a terrible culture of no accountability set by Rudkin and Top.
  13. You not heard of Jakuzzi Saki? Plastic
  14. Fairly sure he’d be interested in opening The Strait of Raw Dykes
  15. Should be sacked for Luke Thomas’ long throws alone
  16. Dreadful. One trick pony at the moment.
  17. Could win the Premier League in 7 seasons time though
  18. Handball 😂
  19. This is just awful
  20. That’s all lovely sentiment but businesses don’t exist to make cities feel good. That’s capitalism baby. I’ve spoken about it before but the one of the failures that flies under the radar is not maximising ourselves commercially during the glory years. Sponsorships were limited to our owners, and their pals. We got complacent and didn’t go after, or failed to attract $ into the club. Why doesn’t Seagrave have a sponsor? At places like PepsiCo, brands don’t just have a budget to funnel cash into whatever they want. There are strict measures on what and how they drive their brands and I can tell you Leicester City FC does not pass muster We’ve all complained about our media team. Wha value would a partner get out of our low engagement, transactional communication?
  21. Coming from someone who’s in marketing for an exceptionally large global food/drink company Why on earth would PepsiCo say yes?
  22. **** it; Daka and Souttar up top

    Harry Winks

    An embarrassing state of affairs
  24. Last year, I had a four week block of family cancer diagnosis, stolen car, wife in hospital for a couple of weeks with very rare complications following a procedure, living with my in-laws, and a 12 month old that wouldn’t sleep. The trauma from that 4 week period gets close to Mr Tracksuit but not quite.
  25. Or, players aren’t marking Mavididi as he’s been shown to not be a threat. If Monga gets a defender, it means there’s other space that (by a good team) could be exploited.
