Just another whinge from the one poster who says that the A-League is worth tapping into Lucas Herrington about to sign with Hull. 18 years old, this is less than a season after he left Brisbane Roar to go to Colorado. Had a great World Cup, but anyone with eyes knew he was going to be a valuable asset. Hull are paying £20m. Brisbane sold him to Colorado for less than £500k. Herrington is the top tier of prospects but there’s plenty more coming. I’m begging McCarron to look down this way. Yes, the reputation of the league is poor, but the kids it’s producing are excellent.
