  1. No complaints on this. He's been a bit questionable in this division but had huge potential at celtic, might just need a fresh start. Either way, he's not currently injured or a geriatric which is an improvement on our existing alternatives to Vardy.
  2. thank you twitter community note.
  3. Not ward-prowse, he wouldn't be eligible as the deal wasn't done by 12 noon
  4. not registered in time for tomorrow (had to be by noon today), Palace is the next league game on 14th Sept and he'll be ineligble as a loanee.
  5. He broke his leg towards the end of last season at Leuven didn't he? need a good marksman up front tbf.
  6. good at Celtic, cack at Palace. clutching at straws he just needs a change of scenery to reignite him
  7. someone tell him it's Leicester pride tomorrow, quick
  8. rudkin doesn't trust those new fangled computers
  9. more Craig Levein in charge of Scotland. that 4-6-0 v Czech Republic (lost 1-0) was the worst thing I've ever seen
  10. rudkin absolutely desperate to ensure there's no strikers at the club
  11. they're the same sentiment expressed with a different number of swear words. I can call him a pathetic troglodyte **** if it helps?
  12. not to open a can of worms in here, but if your religion is against "stop killing and torturing these people" (remember, conversion therapy is still legal in a lot of countries despite being regarded as torture by the UN) then your religion is inhumane and adherence to it in the face of that makes you inhumane too
  13. Granit Xhaka and Mahmadou Sakho are both Muslims and wore the rainbow arm band as part of the football against homophobia campaign in recent years. Also, not just a Muslim thing is it, Christianity is forbidding of being gay (and it's Christians in places like Uganda and, tbh, the US, who are pushing anti LGBT policies) but your average Christian doesn't boycott the football against homophobia matches. let's not make excuses for this bloke, he's just a twat.
  14. there's a pretty huge difference between "they must share all of my beliefs" and "I don't particularly want a bloke who boycotts campaigns to stop oppressing people representing my club" though, you've got to admit. I'm not expecting us to sign Engels to represent my political beliefs, I'd rather not have a bloke who thinks that campaigning to stop hate crimes is unacceptable lining up for us.
  15. thought he'd signed for the met police team so they could keep an eye on him
  16. a club of our size doesn't get to buy ready-made stars, you either buy potential or you buy players already proven to be no better than squad options at this level (Ayew, BDCR). Potential is obviously preferable
  17. former labour politician and now professional victim declaring labour are responsible for crimes against humanity: didnt their one good album (Definitely Maybe) come out under Major?
  18. almost like the criticisms are based on performances and patterns of play, not results
  19. from two long rangers and a penalty, against a midtable league two team. there doesn't seem to be a clear strategy still on how we're going to create chances it's fair to say
  20. Well, Ayew got his one goal for the season then
  21. hey now, put some respect on Dean "what if we just played strikers" Smiths name. that wolves lineup where he just stuck Soumare and Tielemans in midfield and then lined up with Daka, Vardy, Iheanacho and Tete up top was wild.
  22. playing crap 18 times isn't more proven than not playing at all
  23. no see he did set his up that way, he set us up as a low block because he's not a competent enough coach to play anything else
  24. if having come up as champions and starting at home to a team who lost 6 of their last 11 games last season, winning just 4 (against the bottom 4) and had only one away win since march (against Sheffield united) isn't a chance to start on a positive foot and impose your style, then you'll never get one
  25. I'm proposing we fix mistakes when they become obvious, rather than letting things fester. The signings of Ayew and BDCR aside I don't blame Cooper for recruits and planning, I want him sacked because he can't set up a team for shit and is tactically inept.
