but the point is ultimately that Brighton have a competent structure above the manager, we don't. Doing a Leicester is having your entire strategy changing from manager to manager because a jumped up youth team coach is in charge of footballing affairs. Brighton will likely sit around mid table for a good long while, same as Brentford, because both have a strong set up and a clear plan as a club, rather than tearing everything up every time they change manager.

well yes but you've rather completely missed the point. we're weak on the right because we have a single player playing two positions without any support due to a liability of a winger in front of him

the idea that Ayew helps his full back is the biggest myth going, he's never in position to help the full back out and doesn't have the effort or ability to get back and help out. It's honestly a big part of why we concede so much down the right, because JJ is so often over exposed due to being sent forward and not having a winger who'll try to get back and support.
