  1. He was playing under 23's during the early part of the season and was finally brought back into the first team squad by November, making the bench in that month so your timings are somewhat out bud. The Barnsley boss didn't even have the benefit of the few months that Claudio had to work with James and yet gave him a chance (which is now reaping dividends.) Simple fact is he's better than Kingy and Mendy.
  2. For a start he'd be straight in ahead of Kingy so that's a place on the bench. Then he's in as soon as either Drinky or Ndidi get an injury. It's great he's getting game time at Barnsley but he could've got more here if Claudio had given him a chance.
  3. Still got time. His potential to play in so many positions makes him a great squad member imo.
  4. Yeh I've already had that pointed out! How could I forget him with his tricks and his skills and his tackles and his pace.....Sorry I meant with his throw and his shirt swapping.
  5. How could I forget him? He came, he threw, he did an inappropriate shirt swap, he left.
  6. IF we keep Amartey? He is capable in Midfield, at full back and at centre back. He's young and keen, why would we want to sell him?
  7. Amartey and Gray weren't summer signings! They're both Premier League Champions having played important roles in the 2nd part of last season. Ndidi was signed in this January transfer window he's not a summer signing, ditto Wague. Overall our summer signings - Mendy, Musa, Zieler, Kapustka, Slimani, have ranged from poor to somewhat disappointing. Overall, summer 2016 was a shocking transfer window for us.
  8. Ndidi was fkin amazing tonight. Those tackles, interceptions and what about those one touch passes. Brilliant.
  9. 3 major errors for their first goal all from 1 player- Musa!
  10. Ok so shinji can't stand up, he's not fast, couldn't hit a donkey's arse with a banjo, can't pass, isn't great in the air, controls it further than many can pass, dives a bit, can't tackle, isn't a great dribbler, but other than that he's a top top player.
  11. Yes mate. I'm absolutely gutted. I'd even booked flights
  12. WHATTTTT!!! I had £100 on Nigeria to win, £20 on Musa being top goalscorer and £10 on Ndidi to win player of the tournament!! The bookie was so friendly I even put a fiver on Victor Moses scoring a Hattrick in a group match.
  13. 5000-1 Nigeria to win AFCON. Get a fiver on it bud.
  14. He's a better option than Kingy and will only improve. Sadly he's gonna be off to AFCON alongside the Algerian lads Slimmo and Mahrez and the Nigerians Musa and Ndidi.
  15. And yet, despite this, he's been better than King in pretty much every game they've played together.
  16. Musa's first Touch is longer than a Zieler aimless clearance.
  17. Good bantz Tbf. Not every week back in England though eh? Before you say 'you didn't say that' I didn't think I needed to add that much narrative but I guess I was wrong. You can copy the response directly from my comments to save you a bit of time bud.
  18. Vitor played for Israeli side hapoel be'er Sheba against Southampton in the Europa league on Thursday night
