  1. Shuto Machino as Holstein Kiel may get relegated from the Bundesliga. The type of striker who gets involved in the play and can link up.
  2. Wouldn’t rule out a Chinese finalist, one of them winning it though, still don’t see it happening just yet. Surely one of Ronnie, Higgins, Trump or Murphy will prove too strong and end up lifting the trophy.
  3. Ronnie will be licking his lips now, especially with Mark Allen in trouble too.
  4. Seems to be a recent occurrence, it was causing him havoc yesterday, the ferrule on his cue was also supposedly loose, he changed it for today’s session, now it’s about “bedding in” the new one. Not an ideal situation, intrigued to see what he says afterwards.
  5. Clear frustration with his tip, and as we’ve seen many times before, when Selby isn’t feeling comfortable it becomes a slog. This feels like a midnight 10-8/10-9 finish.
  6. If we want a more physical striker who excels in duels, I’d be looking at Mihalio Ivanovic at Millwall. 11 goals in the Championship this season and has just won their Young Player of the Season award.
  7. Or maybe Wout Weghorst 🤔
  8. Hopefully we retire the number 9 shirt, so our new manager Sean Dyche can’t give it to Oli McBurnie next season.
  9. Is it acceptable to cry? Had a feeling this was coming at the end of the season. A Leicester City legend and the best player I’ve had the privilege of watching at Leicester. Thank you 🐐
  10. Have advocated for him a few times in recent weeks. After delving into his work and opinions on him, he’s definitely in my top five potential replacements if RVN goes. As that article points out, where other Championship managers perhaps haven’t done, he has shown the balls to be tactically flexible and change style, he has shown he can successfully manage by being possession based, now he’s successfully led them to Championship survival by being more fast and direct. We need those type of components in a manager, especially longer term, Mousinho has shown he ticks the boxes.
  11. Very much looking forward to Oli McBurnie replacing Jamie Vardy when Dyche gets appointed.
  12. And that’s just two season’s worth. Throughout his tenures at Burnley and Everton, Dyche has relied heavily on experience in one way or other in all his season’s in management. He might be a no nonsense hard nut, but there’s too many red flags. With our cluster of young talent, I really don’t understand why some are advocating for Dyche, his history of developing young squads is non-existent.
  13. Do people genuinely want this type of shit to potentially happen at Leicester City
  14. Purely on the basis of proven history regarding youth development, yes. Mowbray has a fantastic history of working with younger squads, Dyche on the other hand is completely the opposite. But in an ideal world, I’d much prefer someone younger who also has a decent history of youth development.
  15. All this clamour for Dyche. If you want a more experienced manager, who can actually play decent football and who actually trusts younger players. Mowbray > Dyche But before anyone jumps at me, I’d rather we get a manager in their 30’s-40’s.
  16. “Nevermind, I’m off to play Polo tomorrow against my mates from L’Oreal”
  17. Dutch fraud out New Arne Slot in Yes please
  18. Seen numerous matches of his where I just feel he needs to be more ruthless. Probably the only thing holding him back from winning an event.
  19. Maybe it’s me just being negative as I have a habit of doing But don’t you feel more rot has set in this time around than two season’s ago? There seems to be an even bigger disconnect, from board to fans and manager to fans. Of course appointing Maresca was a crucial decision, but what we do over this summer just feels like ten times more crucial than last time. Both Leicester and Southampton look in the need for some desperate revitalisation. Can I see us dropping like a stone like Luton, of course not. But if RVN goes and we get in a manager who will split opinion from the get go, we could easily become another Norwich/Watford.
  20. Decent effort from Joe but that frame at 7-7 killed him.
