Lanus 1.17 to win prematch and now the other side have had a red card after 13 minutes. Honestly I think I'm done if this loses. They ought to win it 3-0 minimum.

I thought I'd completely lucked it, I did Atalanta on a freeze totally forgetting that I was playing football later. Got to half time in my game and Atalanta went 0-1 up immediately. Ended up being a waste of a freeze. I just need Lanus now to basically make the money I've lost back on this account. Lanus being 1.17 to win the game - will no doubt ****ing draw I'd cash out but the offers are just insulting. £83 win overall and I'm offered £60 for a 1.17. They're even worse than 365 this lot.

Blackburn - another where an utter crap kick off time wrecked a potentially massive end. I know we often take dog ends when there are loads but they're usually for big glory hunter cup ties rather than niche fixtures like this, Blackburn or Wigan (exact same happened when we played them away years ago). I think we'll take about 4k - unless we can confirm promotion or something.

The scheduling moaning as well. Give it a rest with this. We've got how big an advantage over the others already and he's pointing to the same things that everyone in the league has to play with. Really have gone off him in recent weeks. Just don't think he's the man at all.

I think our recruitment is quite mish mash even now though. I can only conclude the likes of Souttar and Coady were bought in spite of this type of football rather than because of it, and both have been frozen out as a result. I know people point to Vestergaard regarding Coady and I do get that, but he just clearly doesn't fancy Coady at all. Souttar was a ridiculous signing within the paradigm of playing a dogmatic technical style. I feel whoever we appoint should be able to get him to work at this level in spite of this. It's the perfect case study of our inefficiency as a club and the root of why we're now in the shit.

Massive game. Their fans are very downbeat themselves and we really, really should be winning it but you really can't be sure anymore after watching the last few away games. We've also got a weirdly awful record at Plymouth. I think if we drop this we will blow promotion. I know we have the extra game and the breathing room but I really don't trust us against some better sides with the pressure on. Just get out of there with a win and pretend this shitshow never happened.

70 points and they think they're hard done to lucky to finish 3rd.

Honestly with the pathetic attitude we had last night it really was as if "ah well we have a game spare we can toss this off" and they've got it back, so I fully expect a repeat at Plymouth.

“We will get better as the season goes on”
Dan replied to Stevosevic's topic in Leicester City Forum
Said it in another thread - it's as if he's downloaded a tactic on FM and stuck it on holiday mode for 9 months. -
I'm generally quite critical of our fans and lack of atmosphere but I agree on both this and the Bristol City games.

It's all efficiency for me. Is Maresca efficient with this squad? Absolutely not. Less so by the week. There are completely unfashionable managers out there who could've done more with this squad. I'm adamant of it by this point. It suits all parties for him to go in the summer regardless of how this ends up. We've not going to be able to support what he wants and needs, and he isn't going to be able to use what we've got.
-
Mavididi annoyed me far less than a lot of other players last night. He wasn't good but he was the only one trying to actually make anything happen. Often led down blind alleys though. I cut the wingers quite a bit of slack in this system.
-
What proportion of the last eight years have we been entertaining to watch? I'd say a quarter maximum and the one constant is insipid, casual losses like last night. We're appalling at coming back to win games and it's because of our insistence on playing slowly. The more time goes on the more I think they're almost ashamed by the style which we won the league in 2016.
-
A lot of the whole "tough place to go" is self-fulfilling and its our own doing. I know somebody who goes and watches them (doesn't support them but lives locally) and says they're rubbish, fans were turning on Harris already, they were fully ready to lose their heads yesterday providing we got at them early and made them pay. But it was literally everything you feared it could be. We could not have played it more into their hands if we tried. It was the textbook example in how not to play at Millwall as a favourite. They were so vulnerable yet we create a situation where we make it tougher and tougher for ourselves. Before last night they had beaten just one of the top ten at home this season. They've just come off defeats to Huddersfield and Rotherham - the latter being one of the worst sides ever seen at this level. To treat it as anything utter than an absolute catastrophe of a result would be to allow further drop in standards which is all that seems to happen at this club these days. How much further are we actually going to fall and how quickly are we going to get there?

Is this the most stressful season as a Leicester fan ?
Dan replied to marcymarc666's topic in Leicester City Forum
Last season infuriated me more than this. This is very much becoming a continuation of it though. -
13 wins from 14 and still on course to break the points record from mid February and you always felt the performances had other gears to go up. In truth though it's just not the case, he's ended up underperforming. 5 losses in 10 is a disgrace with this squad at this level.
-
Main reason I want a change of ownership. It's not a coincidence. This is what they want us to play like. It's all 'image' to them.
-
More than Luton last season with five games to spare. Three times as many as Burnley. I bet we're not done yet.
-
Another reason we need the delusional ****wits out of here.
-
Interesting how many I'm reading on here that aren't usually that critical that have had enough. That's usually a pretty telling sign. Just cross our fingers we fluke our way over the line and then look elsewhere in the summer.

Another disgrace like Bristol City. Abject from start to finish against an extremely limited side. The very worst of Enzoball - so many times this season we have created a contest where there needn't be one. Ipswich and Leeds went for the throat at Millwall early doors and came away with 0-4 and 0-3 wins. We did exactly what we do most times we play against this sort of side - gradually let them grow in confidence and belief that they can take something and eventually they do. Maresca is unfortunately another part of the problem when it comes to the overall complacency and arrogance that plagues the club. We're very overrated by neutrals. I wonder what percentage of fans thought better of us having played against us than the other way around. I'd wager a substantial amount think the latter - surprise that we're nowhere near expected. We've failed the eye test a lot of the season. You couldn't knock the results but the performances have been pretty insipid and the longer the season goes on the more it looks like we just think things will mend themselves. It's like Maresca's downloaded a tactic on FM and stuck it on holiday mode for 9 months. Just mix it up a bit, be a bit inventive, come up with a few other ideas - keep these vastly inferior sides guessing! This isn't a side that looks like it should be promoted. We're the same old dog shit from the last few years. It is remarkable how quickly we've fallen to this utter shit.

I think the real underlying issue is that even if we do get promoted, which frankly the fact that's an if is an absolute joke in itself for me, but if we do see it through we've seen enough of the limitations and enough of the one-dimension to know that we'd get absolutely bummed in the Premier League. My gripe's less that he has a way he wants to play it's that its as wedded to just playing one formation at any cost, in any situation, with any personnel and there is no changing it. An assumption that 'the system' will trump all. The longer time has gone on the more it looks to me we're doing it in spite of the system rather than because of it. Good luck when that individual quality is inferior in 80% of games next season, "if" we get promoted. I'd be far more willing to forgive his shortcomings if I saw him looking for solutions but he just assumes he's cracked it and the others will trip themselves up. It's brutal. It's like being on the titanic, you know an absolute shitstorm is inevitable.

It's quite incredible that after winning 13 of our first 14 games and being on course to break the points record as recently as mid February that I'd argue he's probably been a net negative. It was dull but efficient early on. Now it's just dull and largely shit.
-
He's the best of our strikers for getting into the positions but his finishing is just laughable at this point. I'd expect pretty much anyone in our squad, goalkeepers included to finish better than this. What has happened to that bloke in Russia? Did that game really take place?
