People fall for it every time as well. Just the 7 starts out of a possible 36 so far. My prediction of 20 might've been optimistic.

Going to end up being West Ham isn't it - the worst possible outcome, because this season.

Those Man City draws against Forest and West Ham feel costly because you could really see Arsenal imploding after today, but 9 points just feels too many, particularly when this isn't that great a Man City. Arsenal offered nothing, absolutely nothing and especially after going 2 down. Utterly garbage performance. They'll probably win the league but footballs in a bleak place if they win the Champions League. I'll be surprised if they make the final.

Absolute serial losers

And people genuinely wonder why some moan. We've been a genuinely rubbish team for two years flat now.

His 2023 is doing far too much lifting - by the time of 2026 you have to concede that the first half of the season under Maresca was the exception, rather than the rule. He's been absolutely pitiful this season. Just completely nosedived as a player.

No chance.

3/4 although the one wrong is spectacular. WBA absolutely dominated Bristol City - puts our win into a bit of context and as I thought, they will get out of this comfortably.

That game hasn't changed anything I thought before it - he's shit, and he can't be relied on, but at least he'll actually get chances unlike Ayew. The problem now is I fear both of the following: his head totally goes like it often does after a bad miss, and we end up with Ayew back. Utterly damaging outcome today.

Read what I replied to.

I think he probably would've done too, but he didn't, and it feels quite similar where I think you see a gradual improvement, but not enough of one to get us over the line. The next two in particular need to be six points. Absolutely no excuses. Two brilliant fixtures. And yet despite some of the improvement, I still don't think we deliver it. Which in fairness I put on the players as much as him.
-
He's had 7 games, we've got 7 points. We've played 39 games, and have 39 points. With the points deduction he's actually on a PPG pretty similar to Cifuentes. I do think there's been improvement on the road but it does feel a bit Dean Smith.

If you took this game on an individual basis, or if it happened six months ago, you would be encouraged by that. You would expect results to follow. The problem is games are running out and we've proven we'll melt down in about 40% of our games. We desperately need wins - you can't afford to deliver that and draw. It's not dissimilar to the Stoke game a month ago. We should've won that as well. Didn't, and are now 22nd - and would be 3 clear of that if we'd won those two, despite the meltdowns against Norwich and QPR. This team just feel destined to drop. We either totally implode or don't hammer home the advantage.

That really is 2 dropped again isn't it. That wasn't that bad a performance in the end.
-
That's turned into a huge 2 dropped.

booed on.

Okoli's passing is just unprofessional

Like Gibraltar finishing above Andorra in the nations league

It's the same old debate with Daka and Ayew. Daka will miss the majority of chances, but at least he's actually there to get one occasionally.
-
Ramsey is basically biscuits though.

What a joke that is. Why the **** is it an obligation to play 4-2-3-1?
-
QPR 4-1 up having taken 4 shots

I just can't believe Watford will be that bad again. Always unsettling when a team is rubbish and they don't come out of it behind.
