I'm a big user of the editor to create some new concept stuff but I'm not sure where you'd even start with that, I would say I don't think you'll be able to do it by editing the FA Cup because there are hardcoded elements - you'd have to make a new competition I think. Had a look online and I'm surprised no one has made that before from what I can see, really cool idea. You could try messaging some editor wizards on twitter and see if they'd know how to help @DanFMDatabases springs to mind.
