Not claiming the he was at all perfect, but he’s willing to build something at this club with the right priorities in mind. It’s a better fit than bringing in Michael Keane and co and benching our only shot at a long term future back to where we were. Dyche is a short term sighted appointment.

Genuinely would rather Ruud than Dyche. For all his short comings it’s a miles better fit.

Said it before I will say it again, bringing in a manager that is just going to prioritise experienced players over our golden generation of young talent will be just as catastrophic towards this clubs future as not getting promoted again. If this club doesn’t turn Nelson, Alves, Braybrooke, Golding, Monga, Evans, Page etc into 10/15/20m+ assets for the transfer windows ahead, then it’s going to be on its arse very quickly.

Looking forward to the reaction on here when we all get home from watching Dycheball try and break down an Oxford low block on a Tuesday night next January.

Doubt they’re willing to pay him the stupid wage we’ve given him, but that’s not his fault.

Was good at this level for us previously, ever reliable and won us 3 points at home vs West Brom at squeaky bum time. I’m not saying he’s some sort of world beater or even premier league standard. But he’s a very good championship player as he’s proven for Sheff Utd.

Sheffield United fans think he’s the best thing since sliced bread, ya know, in that league we’re playing in next season. Not the top end of the premier league.
