Knowing our basket case of a club we'll give Ruud the whole of January, not back him fully to get better players in, sack him after the window closes, then wonder why the new manager also can't get a tune out of the overpaid showmen on the pitch.
With there seemingly being no strategy and not backing a manager who has clearly got us playing better football, we won't go anywhere. Changing the manager isn't the problem.
The people higher up are the issue, but they're too far up each other's arses to notice. Not giving him the opportunity to improve the squad significantly because of their own mismanagement is the problem. Not saying Ruud doesn't have his faults but he's so far down the list of bad things at the club it'd be utterly pointless to sack him now and waste money doing so.
