If it was just the glasses thing I think he would have. Because of the elbow that makes it a lot worse.
-
When are we genuinely likely to find out? I'm guessing the FA/PL meet today or tomorrow to review anything that happened at the weekend?
-
Palace and Ipswich against Spurs. Wolves away at Fulham. They're the only ones I can think of so far.
-
Knowing them they'll beat Newcastle this weekend
-
Sorry but Farage said he was so traumatised by it as part of his impact statement, yet on the same day or a day later he was there posing with a milkshake for the cameras. The bloke is a grade a pr*ck. I don't wish it was acid but potential doesn't have any bearing on this case. It has no relevance that it could have been something else. It wasn't. It'd be waste of prison space sending her down for this.

Ipswich have: Newcastle Arsenal Chelsea Fulham Brighton Man City Liverpool

Proper weird behaviour. Then he puts his arms up as if to say 'why did you force your head into my elbow'
-
It's not 'the lowest of the low' though is it 10-game ban for simulation is OTT. He's a pr'ck and he probably knows it too. He was clearly riled up through the game.

We really shouldn't have to 'just accept it'.

'difficult decision'

Not sure how many of us follow 2.Bundesliga but has any league ever been this close nearly halfway through the season?! 3 points separating the whole top half...
-
What happened with Cucurella to get sent off?
-
Don't really like Cates but glad Chappers is getting a gig. And Logan is pretty decent too.
-
I'd want both to lose, but that is comical from Man City

Good job the series is done in NZ! Meanwhile Travis Head gets the better of us again. Not sure where we'd be without Bumrah. His figures compared to others are ridiculous. -
Buonanotte, El Khannous and Vardy being 3 players that can be game-changers/winners is one reason. If Fatawu comes back into the fray by the end of the season then that's another. There are worse teams in the league. No one gets relegated in December but Southampton are pretty much done and dusted. It's be a better great escape than ours if they survive from 5 points now. They'll need about 28-30 points to survive from now. That's a hell of a lot for a team that only has 5 from an available 45 so far. I've got strong faith that a) we're better guided under Van Nistelrooy. I think it goes beyond a new manager bounce that he has us playing well almost instantly and we get rid of overly cautious Cooper tactics. RVN has a philosophy or identity or whatever you want to call it. And b) I have faith also that he has a better transfer strategy than Cooper. He may still have to make do with the likes of Ayew and Reid and Faes for now, but buying/loaning a few more players to suit his tactics and game will do us well. I know there's still Sunday to come before a tough set of fixtures, but I've got confidence now we can beat teams around us which is the main thing. Getting any point or 3 against the current top 7/8 is a bonus. The only thing against this is our away fixtures on 2nd half of the season are tough - Villa, Tottenham, Chelsea, Man City, Brighton, Forest...

Thought it was good. Sounds like it was precautionarily done.
-
Surely has to be. Webb, on the mic'd up programme on Sky, was quite clear about what violent conduct is when discussing Stephen's red card on Cucurella, and made reference to placing hands on someone's face.
-
Why is Vestergaard getting stick?
-
Must win. Hopefully O'Neil is still there. They can't defend for shit but Cunha does worry me.
-
Also what a horrendously bad game it's been at Forest First half was shocking.
-
But look at the manager we were playing under. And they're naturally defensive. They have that about them hence the result today. Dyche is tailor-made to set up against a set-piece scoring Arsenal. I don't think that makes them better than us. If we played them now (even despite today's results) I think we'd beat them.
-
Everton really aren't.
-
There's scapegoating but there's also calling out a terrible performance.. I appreciate he's come in as perhaps 4th backup but even so, it just highlights that we've moved on from needing him to play for us any more. He needs us more than we need him. Get some money for him in January if possible.
-
Get someone better than Hamza next to him and he'll be better. But so far he's been average at best.
