  1. Oh look, you've changed the goalposts again. You asked me 'what my verdict' was. Not what Labour's pledges actually were. You've called me a 'staunch Labour voter'. You don't know me. You have no idea of my voting history. Yeah I post a lot in here but whoever I was voting for, if it means Tories being done for then I'm all for it. For what it's worth, I've voted Lib Dem in the past because at one point where I lived back then they were the best option to get the Tories out. So no, don't call me a staunch Labour voter and act like you know what I stand for or who I back. I'm not going to assume how clever or intelligent you are but I think you have the ability to use Google. If not, here are what Labour stand for: https://labour.org.uk/updates/stories/labours-first-steps-for-change/
  2. What are you getting at here? If you want to say something actually say it. Instead of flirting around the subject. You like to categorise and label by the sounds of it. Lots of presumption your end.
  3. It turned out to be just a moment let's be honest
  4. Yes, I'm a voter. Not a lawmaker or policy maker. It's like me asking you if Badenoch or Braverman, or whichever Tory they shove to the front of the pack, got into power what are they going to do first? You wouldn't know would you?
  5. Sunderland South first in!
  6. What's my take on what he's said? Erm, sounds good?
  7. Pretty much, judging by what Sky News showed earlier with their projections.
  8. Give them a chance though, surely? Rome wasn't built in a day and all that. I have hope and confidence they'll start the process for change fairly soon. If anyone is expecting immediate significant impact on the huge issues (NHS waiting lists for example) within days of getting into power then that's unfair expectations, in my opinion. I think a good barometer to start judging them would be at least 3-4 months into their tenure? I don't know. But I'm not going to set unfair and unrealistic expectations on them just for the sake of it. I hope they can deliver sooner rather than later, though. They have to start building trust regardless.
  9. Similar rhetoric to Johnson. 'has charisma'. 'has funny hair'. Yeah but what does he actually do for you? 'dunno'
  10. I can't see the difference mate?
  11. Cheers. Channel 4 ran through the list quite quickly. Liam someone? Therese Coffey too
  12. Bassetlaw one of them.
  13. The guy running the Tories' campaign has been given a peerage?
  14. I thought it was this too but only learnt earlier today it's a big misconception! Turns out IPSOS go to potential marginal seats and polling stations within those, and they have 'secondary' secret ballots for people to fill out. They then use their algorithms and forecast projections to bring out the exit polls.
  15. Rees-Mogg close call
  16. Too quick for my edit!!
  17. Jeremy Hunt could lose. First ever serving Chancellor to lose his seat.
  18. Ironic Dorries is having a go at Harman for not holding someone accountable. Compared to her actions and words about Boris fvcking Johnson.
  19. Kwasi and Nadine are absolutely fuming on Channel 4. And I'm here for it
  20. Quite an offensive one as well, I thought... Didn't think @Col city fan was one for insults
