Good for you that, I’ve just made 16 countries but it’s taken me a lot longer than you! Any recommendations?

Helsinki last month. Lovely city, 2 days was enough to see everything though. Transport system was amazing (as most are abroad) people really friendly and the airport was the best I’ve ever been in. Disappointed it wasn’t snowing, they’d had some but it was all cleared up. We tried the local food and had reindeer, which was delicious! Quite expensive trip though, €10 for a beer.

I’ve now realised the difference between 5k road running and field running, I used to be able to run 5k in just under 23mins around the field at work, now I’m clocking 25mins on the roads and pavement, dodging people, traffic, uneven ground and making turns all adds up, plus I’m a little older (57)

Sad indictment of a footballer, not being able to pin down what he actually contributes to the team. Of the above I’d say he passes, sideways and backwards.

In a nutshell

Handing out long deals to old players and players who aren’t actually very good is only going to end in one way, which we’re finding out now, we just never learn from previous mistakes, absolutely atrocious recruitment, lumbered with this guy, Skipp, Vesty etc you think we’d of learnt from Danny Ward.

American Primeval on Netflix, absolutely brilliant!

Ayew another poor summer signing added to Skipp Golding Reid, what a waste of money. Added to the fact we’re playing Thomas Soumare Vesty and an inept JJ it was always going to be a dreadful season. Root and branch investigation after we were relegated we’re worse now than we have been for a long time.

That team/squad is championship standard, really poor summer window signing players we didn’t need when ££ was tight. Im loathe to blame RVN because of the above but we are arguably worse than we were under Cooper. It’s just a mess from top to bottom.

If Liverpool win the league this season will they say it’s because “nobody else turned up” ?

Loved those films as a kid, not watched them for such a long time, childhood memories also of Laurel and Hardy, Will Hay and Robinson Crusoe in the school holidays, proper nostalgia.

At least it’s 8pm ko so the whole day isn’t ruined 6-1
