Just over an hour - London to Leicester. I actually go Rugby to Euston... so much cheaper, but that may not be an option for you tbh. I always use the Eurostar. Dead simple, and if planned well in advance the prices are great. I'm paying £68 return.

Over the road from Thornton Heath station, on the corner, is The Railway Telegraph. And there's The Prince George as you head towards he ground, roughly halfway between station and ground. Handy, but neither has decent ale though. The Clifton Arms near the ground is even shyter

A block of 60 seats have just appeared for sale in lower tier Q2. These had been greyed out from the start.

Best views are towards the back of the lower, towards the front of the upper. I've got mine near the back of Q2. But tbh would probably have preferred front of the upper tier above it. CBA to piss about waiting though. Around 330 seats to go in the lower tiers as of noon today. As usual there will be slow uptake of the Q1 'corner' block so they may as well open the upper tier for sale earlier as people will probably sit tight until then.

Tube to Victoria. Then overground train from Victoria to Thornton Heath or Selhurst.

Premier League website a few min ago. At last! It states 7.30 for the Watford game, but not sure that will be the case? Then again it's Amazon's first attempt at this so they may be trying summat a bit different?
