  1. What a goal that was šŸ‘
  2. Looks like the weirdly poor performance that happens to a good team every now and then.
  3. Very shaky. Hopefully Mads learns from this.
  4. Steady. No room for hubris!
  5. I reckon your average Hijab-wearing Muslim girl can handle a bit of swearing. They probably deal with far worse day to day. Would be very surprised if they’d complained.
  6. I think it probably more shows that he’s not in their plans so don’t need the expense of rehabilitation. But that does still give room for optimism!
  7. It didn’t read as patronising to me at all. We are where we are.
  8. I think the point is that we still need a lot of coaching in Plan A. Which is what last night was, and why we stick to it. Which is absolutely right. edit: didn’t realise this point had already been in a much more articulate way by several others.
  9. Yes, exactly this. A proper acid test of the approach against the world's best team at nullifying our approach.
  10. ā€œFinally Leicester looked bloody brilliant. Their style of play was awesome, truly baiting Liverpool's press, and usually managing to get through it (which is no mean feat with this energized Liverpool team). If they'd have had half of this positivity last season, they'd have stayed up by a country mile. Lets hope they get promoted this season, as they'll be a massive positive to the Premier League playing like this.ā€ comment from a Liverpool fan on the Guardian.
  11. So w*nk wasn’t it? Dreadful commentary.
  12. You’re getting a bit boring now. If you can’t see any positives that says more about you than the team.
  13. Thought he was very good tonight.
  14. Very good tonight. Another great option.
  15. Could have been 6-1 on another night, but treated as a training exercise (an Enzo probably did) it was a good one. We stuck to our game and had periods of looking very accomplished. I feel pretty encouraged, actually. Had more about us than last season, that’s for sure.
  16. Blimey. Shame, as we’d looked much more composed just before that. A lesson.
  17. Just hope it doesn’t turn into a confidence-sapping thrashing.
  18. That yellow is appalling. Awful ref.
  19. Even though we could do without the cup, this is still a horrible watch šŸ˜‚
  20. People love to moan and criticise. Any excuse!
  21. Yeah, I have no particular beef with the beautiful man. But I get why his exit soured things for some.
  22. He’d already gone before Enzo arrived
  23. I get it with Mahrez after his sulks and strikes. Not with Madders. Wish him all the best. Unless we’re playing them.
  24. I think it IS exciting to watch. The control. The intent. The speed of movement. I’m row C for Stoke which my son wanted, but being in GG for Bristol City gave a really good view of the system as a whole. Wonder if it’ll feel as exciting to watch when in a different vantage point.
  25. Glad someone said it. Are our medical staff supposed to check players after every single contact in case they have a boo boo?
