Having lived in the states for nearly 10 years now, this is a culture clash that isn’t nearly spoken about enough. 20 is plenty vs whatever it costs has always fascinated me. Truth is, the average American will look at a World Cup game cost as your average match at the Yankees. Put bluntly, there’s more to earn and spend here than the rest of the world.
