After so many years of dross it's become embedded in me to always think we'll lose.

Each time I was convinced that our next match would be a draw.

Thought we'd lose to West Brom, after all we'd only won the one then, I thought it would be another typical gutless, negative away performance and when we went 1-0 down I thought well that's us fvcked then.

 

For the same reason I was a bit worried about Burnley, and in fairness we should have lost, but luck was with us for once.

 

TBH apart from Chelsea I thought we'd win all the home games beforehand.

Unfair poll because it's not as simple as win or lose is it? I thought we'd draw a few of them.

 

On that basis;

West Brom - Draw.

Swansea - Lose.

Burnley- Win.

(Chelsea - Lose - Although thought we were capable of getting a draw, If they'd beat Arsenal I reckon we'd have got a draw in that game.)

Newcastle - Draw - I knew they were shit but I was of the opinion that they'd lost 7 in a row that's gotta change and it'd be typical Leicester they'd draw with us.

Southampton - Draw or Lose - Wasn't confident of a win, thought we were capable of drawing though.

It isn't unfair - if you said no, that took the draw into account. I did think of adding draw, and then you could each have totted up.

 

Amazed that more didn't think we'd lose to Newcastle - really thought we might be out of puff and scrape a draw or lose.

My predictions after the West Brom game were:

Swansea - WIN

Burnley - WIN

Chelsea - LOSE

Newcastle - DRAW

Southampton - LOSE

Sunderland - WIN

QPR - WIN

I though I was being stupidly optimistic, except we've now gone and got 4 points more than I "predicted" at this point

In both home games against Swansea and Southampton and the away game

against Burnley I would have taken a draw before kick off which in hindsight

would have left us right in the shit.

The only games I felt we wouldn't win were West Brom and Chelsea:

Chelsea for obvious reasons and West Brom because I thought they'd set up really organised at home and stop us scoring, how I was wrong
