Matt Posted 3 September 2005 Posted 3 September 2005 1-0 Scotland Kenny Miller I think at work I predicted 2-0 England and 2-1 Italy, I'm hoping I predicted 1-0 England and hopefully Italy will win 2-1 then i'm in the money (I think I did predict 2-0 England thouhg )
Ricey Posted 3 September 2005 Posted 3 September 2005 How come Dickov doesn't play for Scotland anymore? Has he retired?
Mark Posted 3 September 2005 Posted 3 September 2005 Bigger and better players than Paul Dickov, even for Scotland. They've performed remarkably well so far. I've watched Cristian Vieri a hell of a lot now but i've still not seen him actually play well and score a goal or two? Anyone?

I find that bizarre, Dickov is a far better player than players like Miller and McFadden.
lush Posted 3 September 2005 Posted 3 September 2005 Them joks cant do a thing right, i had £4 on a England italy double. Normally, italy would win relatively easy, but the joks had to mess things up yet again (anyone not knowing the score then reading this will think they lost).
Jay Posted 3 September 2005 Posted 3 September 2005 good result for Scotland!! Walter Smith seems to have given them the passion and fighting spirit back that they always used to have

cisono Posted 3 September 2005 Posted 3 September 2005 I've watched Cristian Vieri a hell of a lot now but i've still not seen him actually play well and score a goal or two? Anyone? I think he's played better (in the past) in club football than he ever has for Italy... Hope this changes soon!
Alexikokopops Posted 4 September 2005 Posted 4 September 2005 Same here, I think his best days are long gone. Stick it on his left foot and he's ok, but he can't score for shit with his right. The sitter he missed yesterday reminds me of that one he missed against South Korea in the 2002 World Cup. Anyone remember that?
rossporterlc Posted 4 September 2005 Posted 4 September 2005 the only thing that would have made that better would have been a Italian goal in the 90th minute to make it 2-1
cisono Posted 4 September 2005 Posted 4 September 2005 the only thing that would have made that better would have been a Italian goal in the 90th minute to make it 2-1 Or even in the 93rd minute?
Hitesh Posted 5 September 2005 Posted 5 September 2005 Same here, I think his best days are long gone. Seconded! He got injured a while back and has never been the same since.
