Far Post Gerry Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Assuming we want him, It will be a sad commentary if we can't make the idea of signing for Leicester more attractive than his rejoining Middlesbrough. That said, nostalgia can be a powerful force. Especially powerful when you're not expecting any more England call ups, and when you're hometown club is one of the favourites for promotion. Can see him going back to Boro, and wouldn't be too disappointed if we missed out.

Fair play to him for going to his home town club that started his career though. He will be a hero there until retirement now I would of thought.
