Supporters have previously used the hashtag #lcfchelp to get answers to their various queries, but from Friday all those questions will need to be directed to the new @lcfchelp account, where we will endeavour to assist in any way we can. The account will operate in the normal office hours of 9am until 5pm on weekdays as well as from 9am until kick-off on matchdays with the aim of providing another way for supporters to communicate with their Club. To follow the new account, simply head to www.twitter.com/lcfchelp. For supporters that prefer to email their questions for the Club, the [email protected] address will remain in use as well as our LCFC Help hotline 0344 815 5000 (option 4).
