We hear this all the time, but Huth, Drinkwater, Kante and Vardy is a very good start? Drinky and Kante best we have had since Lennon and Izzet! Also Vardy the record breaker!! Good times ahead!

Love the way drinky and Kante complement each other! King slots in nicely too. We are so adaptable to playing different styles. It's great.

We've got so many different quality options within this Leicester side. Drinkwater and Kante seem to link play up well, and play together well. King is a player I really rate, steady and is very good at what he does.

Would add Morgan to that spine.

Indeed.

He was fanstic today, gave everything. As did the whole team. Superb.

Morgan has stepped up so much. You have to remember he didn't have a full pre season due to playing for Jamaica too. The man is a machine.

Huth was miles ahead of Morgan last season. This season, however solid he is, I do feel he is being a bit reckless at times. Apart from Morgan's howler vs Stoke I feel he has only been rivalled for our best defender by Fuchs.

While Huth was better, it was because he played in a central 3, and the other 2, Was and Wes did the running for balls behind the wing back. As much as Huth was an organising presence, it is easier in the centre of a back three.

That's why I think he is struggling a bit this season when we've gone back to 4 at the back, he gets pulled into places he doesn't want to be by strikers where he didn't lasts season.

In a back 4, Morgan is by far the better defender in my opinion. If Morgan had been playing like Huth has this season, this site would be in meltdown.

We had no spine for two thirds of last season. Now we do, with Kante being one of the most important signings for this club for many many years. Huth, Kante/Drinkwater and Vardy is hugely effective.

I had my doubts about Kante due to his stature, I thought he might have been bullied by the cloggers in the league, but he's been immense for us and definitely the signing of the Summer. He reads situations so quickly, doesn't rush in or go into challenges he cannot win. But when he strikes he's like a Panther he's so quick to pinch the ball away leaving players bewildered as to what has just happened. He's also formed a good partnership with DD and settled much quicker than others. His passing has even improved. He should only get better as he get's stronger. The club has been proved right again in their patience in signing him.

Morgan along with Kasper are the two most consistent performers we have had over the last three/four seasons. Morgan is an absolute beast and I think he was scapegoated last season because of the own goals when the whole team, including Vardy were not up to standard. In fact I'd go as far as saying Morgan is one of the best defenders in the league, with his strength, pace and reading of the game. He has been one of the best signings we have ever made.

As for Kasper, he's been equally good saving us so many points over the years. I can't believe we have a keeper of his quality with us and he looks so assured playing for us in goal. His shot stopping is first class and distribution is excellent. Was it the championship winning season when he pelted so many long balls that we scored from directly.

Drinkwater is genuinely reminding me of Paul Scholes this season. His vision, touch and execution has been that good. I've never seen someone so compossed in possession as Kante is and someone who is so good at stopping attacks. Mahrez is an unbelievably skillful player, and I reckon if he develops physically a little bit he should be at a top four club. Schlupp has the power and the pace, defensively he looks so much better and going forward he frightens almost all defenders. Albrighton has the ability to put in an absolute fantastic ball, and the two goals for Mahrez were laid on a plate for him yesterday.

Then we come to that man Vardy. Probably the best player in our colours I've ever seen. The aggression, directness and pace he plays with scares defenders. I don't think I've seen someone with the amount of energy he gives ever which means even if he's playing poorly it's still a 7/10 from him every week. With his finishing improving this season he probably will get 20 goals + this season. What a player he is.

I don't think we have a good spine, we have a great team all over the pitch. When you look at our bench you realise the strength in depth when the likes of Inler are benched. Exciting times!!
