Pantillimon Handball outside the area, Mahrez stonewall penalty against tottenham, southampton offside goal. Thats just 3 off the top of my head. I dont believe "luck" has anything to do with our improvement this season.

We definitely seem to have luck going for us at the minute, all teams that are doing well get it. It's the same when you;re doing badly it seems everything goes against you. The season we won the league there were many fortunate decisions seemingly granted our way, it's why we just have to shrug it off and get on with it whatever happens. The way we play football means we'll knock on enough doors whether it be penalty decisions, free kicks in dangerous areas and even offside calls. Mahrez and Vardy are very, very good at being just on the right side of defenders that at times can be debated but the more we continue to do that the more we'll get our fair share of fortune if that's what you call it.

 

I want us to finish higher than we did under O'Neill, that will be enough for me this season but who knows what could happen. We continue to allay any fears I have each week and I think we're a very solid and effective unit that now knows how to operate at this level. We could quite conceivably finish top 6 and that is incredible.

Agree with your point but you're doing exactly the same thing you're accusing others of by describing Mahrez' goal (presuming you mean at west Brom) as "absolutely miles" offside. It was barely offside, not that it matters of course, offside is offside.

Also wouldn't agree that Fuchs arm was in an unnatural position, he'd just tried to kick the ball - unless you're a penguin (could be the new ostrich, watch this space) you don't run around kicking the ball with your arms by your side.

But completely agree with the point that a different ref might have called it differently. Wrongly, in my opinion, but differently, and we'd be at least 2 points worse off because of it.

 

Totally, and that's the crux of it. and Mahrez as you say offside is offside it's not really a matter of opinion he was clearly off.

 

It's the Huth ones for me, the hand to throat incident in particular he really should of been off, especially when you take into account two minutes later he was in the book anyway.
