Training Ground

So to start, I understand that when I was younger you could rock up to the training ground and get a book full of Leicester players autographs.

I'm assuming this isn't as straightforward now that we are the rulers on the BPL and taking over the world!

I have my 6 week old sons first Leicester shirt that I would love to get signed by a few players but no idea on the best way to approach it...any ideas or suggestions?

Head to the KP before a match. Most players were happy to stop and sign when i did it a couple of years back. There are some barriers near the players entrance. Can't remember what time they have to arrive by.

Cheers will give it a try! It was my first thought but wasn't sure how willing they would be just before a game!

Alternartively you can wait after the game, they take an hour or so to come out usually, but there is always a little more freedom of access, especially if we've won!

Take it/send it to the club reception?

Now I know it would mean level of confidence of leaving it with them/them returning it, but I reckon they be pretty honest and give you some form of reciept and I reckon they'd get the job of signing it done.

Has anyone been the training ground in recent times? Would like to get a few photos signed to put up. Guessing it's easier to ask players on their way out than in.

Does anyone know roughly what time they usually finish or how accomdating they are to fans asking for signatures at the training ground?

Think they rock up anywhere between 9.30 and 10.00. Think they are happy to park up then pop outside the training ground to sign stuff. It has all changed and the days of watching the sessions etc are long gone.

Not sure what time they leave, but they have lunch there and so leaving could be quite scattered and so probably best to get them on the way in.

But I think it is much better to go to the ground on a match day. Much easier I would have thought.

Thanks for the info. Will try the training ground first and wait after if have no luck. It is a shame that it isn't as open these days but I guess there would be fairly large crowds these days with everyone constantly videoing on their phone!
