Your Top 5 Goals of last season

All the goals we witnessed last season were great and of course great to see/be part of, but if you had to choose your top 5 goals of the season, what would your list be? The choices can be for any number of reasons - The importance of the goal, the quality of the goal, celebrations after the goal, anything you like. Doesn't necessarily have to be in order, nor do you have to write out your reasons if you don't want to. 

 

Here's my selections, there's so many more that could've potentially been included, but I've compiled my list as best I can :

 

1. Vardy v Aston Villa (H) - The goal that made it 2-2, this goal was so important in our season. It strengthened and built the team togetherness for the rest of the campaign, especially coming from 0-2 behind as well. Our home crowd were key.

 

2. Mahrez v Man City (A) - It could be any of the three goals we scored at the Etihad. But, this goal from Mahrez was incredible, the skill and finish was absolutely superb. The win really made me believe we were on the brink of completing something special with these group of players and management staff.

 

3. King v Everton (H) - The man who's been through it all with us, from the League One days to Premier League champions. Such a fitting goal for a hero at our club.

 

4. Vardy v Man Utd (H) - Set a new goal record for the PL. Excellent ball through from Fuchs, and a good finish from Vards.

 

5. Morgan v Man Utd (A) - The goal from the captain, the last goal we scored before we were crowned Champions of England.

Good mention StanSP about goal line tech. Is it being spread out yet across more leagues in England? (Championship, League 1/2.)

As I understand, it was just the PL doing it because of a trial of the software. Very key feature though.
