He also had 'Champions 16' on the back so a costly mistake really by the club Thats the annoying thing not only are the stock so limited they waste so many, the home shirt last year first 1 I had they printing the name lop sided on it even when I said it the guy who did it said he couldn't see it. Then with the white away shirt I thought not going to get a name again but then with this 1 they printed the premier league patches with the material underneath folded up so I sent it back and then did it again with the 2nd 1 too, it wasn't till the 3rd 1 was it printed ok. So thats 3 shirts wasted and rejected for 2 purchases. This year is going to be limited again to 80,000 I heard for the home shirt and considering this will probably be the only Premier League Champions 1 we'll ever see how many have they wasted again by not even checking what way up the badges are printed? Don't even need to look at the instructions just a small amount of common sense would have all it would have taken to have noticed they didn't look right, its not like its a complex job where there are several different skills sets they need to learn and take onboard all they do is print the same item all day long

Based on what people are saying re the club shop version being a replica then the Thai version is as much a replica in fact maybe more since it had the player size patches. £57 for the club version versus £7.50. Basically we are all being ripped off no matter how you look at it so my point is the least they could do is make it less of a rip off Hmm, mind pm'ing me where you got it from?

I was lucky to pay as little as £7.50 and obviously current exchange rates haven't helped but you should be able to get one (even name and numbered) for around a tenner. Be sure to check seller feedback first and expect to wait between 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Jace Posted 17 September 2016 Posted 17 September 2016 I thought I'd share this to see if this helps anyone, I had a shirt from the club where the patches were badly put on, the patches wasn't straight and because 1 of the edges was right in the seem of the stitching it would never stick down properly on the shirt. I had it repressed several times and the club would send it back to me exactly the same, in the end I complained and they sent me a new shirt and let me keep the old 1. Rather than chucking the old 1 away that looked quite bad and was quite faded around the peeling patch from being heat pressed so many times I decided to remove them completely using nail polish remover and then covered up the faded scorch marks by ironing on the much larger player patches instead. You can usually buy these for about £8 on eBay. All you need is a piece of foam to sit underneath the patch when you iron it and some teflon paper to place over the patch once you iron it. Here is the difference
