Anybody who thinks Barnsley is bad has never visited the delightful market town of Wellingborough

It's good too that he's joining a competitive team and not one just struggling every week. If he can stay fit they've got a very good Championship player in their side.

With the injury he had I just hope he can have as many years as possible left playing at any professional level.

 

Think it's a great fit at Barnsley and if they manage a run towards the playoffs and keep heading in the right direction I can see him maybe signing permanently for them in the summer.

 

Hope it goes well for the lad, like him a lot and have a bit of time for Barnsley...apart from one awful league game, always enjoyed the trip to Oakwell over the years.

Good move for him, was looking good before the injury and if he is able to get back to that level it'll be a shot in the arm to get him back. Still, near enough 18 months out could have wrecked him.

he really needed a loan move. he needs to be playing regularly and build up his game time and match fitness to see what he is capable of.
